★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo i lunghi mesi di lockdown sono finalmente riuscita a tornare ad allenarmi. Ho trovato allo Sporting di Varese una palestra grande e luminosa, ben attrezzata e con tutti i comfort. Inoltre lo staff che mi ha accolta si è dimostrato qualificato, gentile e disponibile. Un luogo dove potersi allenare e rilassare allo stesso tempo!
 After the long months of lockdown I finally managed to get back to training. I found at Sporting di Varese a large and bright gym, well equipped and with all comforts. In addition, the staff who welcomed me proved to be qualified, kind and helpful. A place where you can train and relax at the same time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poco professionali. Ho pagato un abbonamento annuale poco prima che la pandemia bloccasse tutto. Ho richiesto giustamente il rimborso come previsto dal decreto legge e fanno orecchie da mercante. Ho passato la pratica all'avvocato e presentato denuncia, chiederò i danni oltre il dovuto. Buona fortuna
AGGIORNAMENTO: inutile usare la tattica del "non sappiamo chi sei" posso dimostrare ciò che ho scritto in qualunque sede come per altro farò visto che abbiamo deciso di denunciarmi dopo 9 mesi di NON RISPOSTE, il mio avvocato è ancora in attesa di vostra risposta e non con la solita supercazzola del voucher tra l'altro di 7 mesi ? Io esigo il rimborso che mi spetta in quanto non ho usufruito del servizio pagato per oltre 11 mesi e non a causa mia. Non fate orecchie da mercante ? Allora rispondete alle PEC del mio avvocato ( la prima PEC inviata a il 9 Novembre 2020, quindi oltre 6 mesi fa, MAI RISPOSTO e l'altra inviata oggi 07 GIUGNO 2021 ) ed emettete il rimborso che mi spetta per legge, io ho scelto il rimborso. Il voucher ve lo potete tenere per voi. Cordiali Saluti a voi, e spero di vedervi presto in altre sedi (legali) per il risarcimento del danno subito, più interessi maturati per la cifra indebitamente trattenuta. Rimango in attesa del rimborso di 615,00 Euro che mi spetta per risolvere la questione in via bonaria, altrimenti andrò avanti per vie legali presenterò la denuncia anche in banca per stornare il pagamento.
Unprofessional. I paid for an annual subscription just before the pandemic stopped everything. I rightly requested a refund as required by the law and they are a deaf ear. I passed the practice to the lawyer and filed a complaint, I will ask for damages beyond what is due. Good luck
UPDATE: it is useless to use the tactic of "we do not know who you are" I can prove what I wrote in any place as well as I will do since we have decided to sue me after 9 months of NO ANSWERS, my lawyer is still waiting for your response and not with the usual supercazzola of the voucher among other things of 7 months? I demand the reimbursement due to me as I have not used the paid service for over 11 months and not because of me. Don't you turn a deaf ear? Then respond to the PEC of my lawyer (the first PEC sent to November 9, 2020, therefore over 6 months ago, NEVER REPLYED and the other sent today June 7, 2021) and issue the refund that is due to me by law, I have chosen the reimbursement. You can keep the voucher for yourself. Best regards to you, and I hope to see you soon in other (legal) locations for compensation for the damage suffered, plus interest accrued for the amount unduly withheld. I am waiting for the refund of 615.00 Euros which is due to me to resolve the matter amicably, otherwise I will go ahead by legal means I will also file the complaint with the bank to reverse the payment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo pagato due abbonamenti annuali nel 2020 per i bambini ma con chiusure siamo andati solo un mese. E a settembre non abbiamo potuto ricuperare perché ci hanno detto di pagare ancora e se no non possiamo ricuperare. Così ci hanno fregato due abbonamenti annuali.
We paid for two annual passes in 2020 for children but with closures we only went one month. And in September we could not recover because they told us to pay more and if not we cannot recover. So they stole two annual passes.
