Mia figlia é stata visitata dal Dott. Canziani, un uomo d'oro, simpaticissimo, professionale e gentilissimo con i bambini. Very friendly and helpful staff. Contacted by email and by telephone, always ready to respond to the requested info. My daughter was visited by Dr. Canziani, a golden man, very nice, professional and very kind with children.

Mai andato in questo centro , ci può lavorare anche il miglior medico sulla terra...ma la signora fa scappare i pazienti. Che tristezza soprattutto quando una persona è malata The person who answers the phone is very rude. Prendo permesso dal lavoro, parto per tempo per trovare parcheggio in centro a Varese ed essere puntuale. Mi presento alla reception e la persona incaricata di accogliere i pazienti mi informa che la dottoressa non era presente perché non aveva visite quel giorno. A mia richiesta di verifica non può che constatare che si, la mia visita era programmata ma non era stata inoltrata alla dermatologa. Mi sono state proposte altri appuntamenti in altre sedi non comode ed orari per me impossibili. Disorganizzazione totale. I made an appointment to visit the dermatologist two weeks earlier. I take leave of work, I leave early to find parking in the center of Varese and be on time. I introduce myself to the reception and the person in charge of welcoming the patients informs me that the doctor was not present because she had no visits that day. At my request for verification, it can only be noted that yes, my visit was scheduled but had not been forwarded to the dermatologist. I have been offered other appointments in other locations that are not comfortable and impossible for me at times. Total disorganization.
s	sara vimercati on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato mia figlia a fare una vaccinazione. La dotts.ssa non e' stata minimamente empatica, non ha neppure cercato di mettere a suo agio mia figlia. La bambina (che con altre vaccinazioni non aveva versato una lacrima) si e' messa a piangere e il commento e' stato :"lo sai che bambini piu' piccoli di te non piangono?"(ha 5 anni ...). Non capisco perche' mortificare un bambino che piange. Inoltre non ci ha neppure detto che dovevamo aspettare 20min prima di andarcene (ok, e' risaputo, ma direi che e' abbastanza importante come informazione). Il vaccino e' una esperienza delicata per un bambino, specie di questi tempi dove bisogna farne a ripetizione, e ci vorrebbe un minimo di professionalita', a infilare l' ago sono capaci tutti. The little girl (who had not shed a tear with other vaccinations) started to cry and the comment was: "Do you know that children younger than you don't cry?" (She is 5 years old ...). I don't understand why to mortify a crying baby. He also didn't even tell us that we had to wait 20min before leaving (ok, that's well known, but I'd say it's pretty important as information). The vaccine is a delicate experience for a child, especially in these times when you have to do it repeatedly, and it would take a minimum of professionalism, everyone is capable of threading the needle.
