★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mettere degli orari di apertura corretti o per lo meno essere raggiungibili nel momento in cui qualcuno chiama credo potrebbe essere utile. Soprattutto eviterebbe ai clienti di percorrere la strada inutilmente.

Dopo aver preso appuntamento via telefono mi sono recato da lui.
Bottega artigianale molto bella dove costruisce partendo dai blocchi di legno le sue opere. Molto affascinante il processo!
Non essendo del settore e non conoscendo lo strumento ho trovato comunque molta chiarezza e professionalità nelle sue parole.
Mostrandomi tutte le caratteristiche del violino mi ha poi indirizzato al personale competente per una visione ed una eventuale valutazione del violino, per poi passare al restauro con lui.
Quindi secondo me positivo perché ha dimostrato trasparenza.

I went to the Piasentini violin maker to show him a violin from 1935 owned by my grandfather.
After making an appointment by phone, I went to him.
Very nice craft shop where he builds his works starting from wooden blocks. The process is very fascinating!
Not being in the industry and not knowing the instrument, I found a lot of clarity and professionalism in his words.
Showing me all the characteristics of the violin, he then directed me to the competent staff for a vision and possible evaluation of the violin, and then moved on to the restoration with him.
So in my opinion positive because it has shown transparency.
