Quando si sta male trovare persone così ti da' una carica in più, grazie e buon lavoro. Nice structure and well organized. Efficient, professional staff, they are all kind and very willing to solve the problem at the last moment. When you feel bad, finding people like this gives you an extra boost, thanks and good luck.
A	Ambra Menato on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MODIFICA RECENSIONE: Avevo pubblicato qualche tempo fa una recensione parecchio negativa per via di 2 esperienze avute con la struttura, ma SOLO con l'accettazione (non ero ancora riuscita ad arrivare al passo successivo e quindi conoscere i medici). Dopo la recensione sono stata contattata dalla struttura per delle scuse (gesto che mi é piaciuto molto e mi ha fatto ricredere sulle competenze e professionalità della stessa), per questo ho deciso di provare a dargli una terza possibilità e riprovarci. Questa volta é stato molto semplice prendere appuntamento perché sono stata contattata direttamente da loro, quest'oggi mio marito ha avuto la prima seduta di fisioterapia e ci siamo trovi davvero molto molto bene! Il dottor Alessandro é stato bravissimo e disponile, molto gentile e delicato! Non abbiamo avuto il minimo problema all'accettazione ed, al contrario delle cattive esperienze avute le due volte precendenti, sono stati tutti davvero molto gentili e disponibili. Questo é un servizio che mi sento di premiare con il massimo del punteggio perché é stato davvero un servizio ottimo che mi ha fatto ricredere sulle due esperienze negative avute precedentemente, e che mi sento di consigliare. CHANGE REVIEW: I had published a very negative review some time ago due to 2 experiences with the structure, but ONLY with the acceptance (I had not yet managed to get to the next step and therefore know the doctors). After the review I was contacted by the structure for an apology (a gesture that I really liked and made me think again about the skills and professionalism of the same), so I decided to try to give it a third chance and try again. This time it was very easy to make an appointment because I was contacted directly by them, today my husband had his first physiotherapy session and we found ourselves very, very well! Doctor Alessandro was very good and helpful, very kind and delicate! We didn't have the slightest problem with acceptance and, unlike the bad experiences we had the previous two times, they were all very kind and helpful. This is a service that I feel I can reward with the maximum score because it was really an excellent service that made me think again about the two negative experiences I had previously, and that I feel I can recommend.

L'unico dottore con il quale non mi sono trovata bene è l''ortopedico Dario Quattrocchi I want to congratulate all the staff (especially Nicoletta) who have shown professionalism and kindness even on a difficult day like yesterday. It is no coincidence that I have been turning to this center for more therapies for years since I met the fantastic physiatrist DeGianni Paolo. The only doctor with whom I have not found myself well is the orthopedist Dario Quattrocchi

L'operatrice è anche stata molto gentile nell'aiutarmi a risolvere un problema nella tempistica dell'appuntamento. Lo consiglio. The booking phase for some radiographs was very fast and efficient even in a difficult period like this in which, I imagine, like everyone else, they have problems related to absences due to positivity of the staff. The operator was also very kind in helping me resolve an issue with the timing of the appointment. I advise.
