★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frequento Life Village da 11 anni, principalmente la sala fitness che è sempre rimasta spaziosa e pulita con una zona adibita all'allenamento a corpo libero e una adibita al calisthenics, la completano poi 2 sale molto grandi dove vengono svolti i corsi ( ci sono veramente tantissimi corsi per soddisfare ogni esigenza) .Da qualche anno è stato introdotto all'interno del club l'allenamento "one to one" con elettrostimolazione (ems) ideale per chi cerca un allenamento intenso e per chi ha poco tempo a dispozione. Il personale, dai consulenti passando per la reception e arrivando in sala fitness è cordiale e molto competente sempre disponibile a soddisfare ogni tua richiesta di allenamento. Completano la struttura le terme e una piscina al piano di sotto dove è possibile svolgere nuoto libero o fare corsi acquatici, senza dimenticare il recupero funzionale in acqua fondamentale per recuperare più velocemente da infortuni.
 I have been attending Life Village for 11 years, mainly the fitness room which has always remained spacious and clean with an area used for bodyweight training and one used for calisthenics, then completed by 2 very large rooms where the courses are held (there are really many courses to satisfy every need). In the last few years "one to one" training with electrostimulation (ems) has been introduced within the club, ideal for those looking for an intense workout and for those who have little time available. The staff, from the consultants through the reception and arriving in the fitness room, are friendly and very competent, always available to satisfy all your training requests. The structure is completed by the thermal baths and a swimming pool downstairs where you can play free swimming or take water courses, without forgetting the functional recovery in the water, which is essential to recover faster from injuries.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza molto positiva. Siamo stati accolti subito con due sorrisi e tanta gentilezza. Avevamo un voucher per il centro termale. Ambiente molto fine è arredato bene con lo staff che ti mette subito a tuo agio spiegando il percorso che è meglio fare ma lasciando l’assoluto libertà. Locali pulitissimi e ben attrezzati con tisana e acqua sempre pronta. Spogliatoio molto elegante, pulitissimo è anche questo attrezzato bene con a disposizione delle doccia singole posizionati con molta discrezione. Ho apprezzato molto gli asciugacapelli ‘veri’. In tutto un esperienza molto rilassantesi e piacevole. Grazie!
Very positive experience. We were greeted immediately with two smiles and a lot of kindness. We had a voucher for the spa. Very refined environment, well furnished with the staff who immediately put you at ease by explaining the path that is best to take but leaving absolute freedom. Very clean and well equipped rooms with herbal tea and water always ready. Very elegant changing room, very clean, this is also well equipped with single showers positioned with great discretion. I really appreciated the 'real' hair dryers. In all a very relaxing and enjoyable experience. Thank you!

Sono da poco al LifeVillage ma devo dire che subito l'impatto con questa struttura è stato ottimo, dalla cordialissima Gaia in reception che subito ha capito le mie esigenze e ha saputo consigliarmi al meglio, alla varietà di corsi proposti. Non potrete non innamorarvi delle lezioni Storm di Andrea che con la sua professionalità e buonumore vi svolta completamente le giornate. Bravi tutti ragazzi! Struttura sempre pulitissima e curata. Felicissima di essermi iscritta qui.

I have recently been at LifeVillage but I must say that the impact with this structure was excellent immediately, from the very cordial Gaia at the reception who immediately understood my needs and was able to advise me in the best possible way, on the variety of courses offered. You cannot fail to fall in love with Andrea's Storm lessons who, with his professionalism and good humor, will completely turn your days. All good guys! Structure always spotless and well-kept. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Struttura pazzesca in centro a Gallarate, varietà di servizi offerti sempre nuovi e all'avanguardia, personale professionale, gentile e sorridente, pulizia impeccabile. Ho avuto il piacere di partecipare a diverse Storm Experience: sono un mix di adrenalina, complicità e soddisfazione.
Essendo da sempre amante del nuoto libero, mi sono anche dedicata un giorno interamente a me stessa provando la piscina nella zona terme. Una piscina a tre corsie, pulita e molto accogliente. L'atmosfera calma, rilassata, la cordialità del personale mi hanno fatta subito sentire a casa e ovviamente la soddisfazione dopo le innumerevoli vasche è stata tanta.
Crazy structure in the center of Gallarate, variety of services offered always new and avant-garde, professional, kind and smiling staff, impeccable cleanliness. I had the pleasure of participating in different Storm Experiences: they are a mix of adrenaline, complicity and satisfaction.
Having always been a lover of free swimming, I also dedicated a day entirely to myself trying the pool in the spa area. A three lane swimming pool, clean and very welcoming. The calm, relaxed atmosphere, the friendliness of the staff immediately made me feel at home and obviously the satisfaction after the countless laps was great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono venuta a conoscenza di Life Village tramite mia figlia e ho deciso di trascorrere un pomeriggio alle terme. Appena entrata in struttura il personale mi ha accolta con gentilezza spiegandomi i servizi attivi e non causa covid. Ho trovato una pulizia impeccabile nelle aree, in particolare ho adorato la sauna, la stanza del sale e l'idromassaggio. Ambiente accogliente, molto tranquillo, adatto a chi vuole trascorrere delle ore in totale relax. Consigliato vivamente!
I learned about Life Village through my daughter and I decided to spend an afternoon at the spa. As soon as I entered the structure, the staff greeted me with kindness, explaining the active services and does not cause covid. I found impeccable cleanliness in the areas, especially loved the sauna, salt room and whirlpool. Cozy, very quiet environment, suitable for those who want to spend hours in total relaxation. Highly recommended!
