Ho avvisato la ragazza di questa cosa e mi hanno assicurato che la manicure russa che fanno loro non lascia mai segni o imperfezioni. A parte che la manicure era stata fatta con poca cura in generale, la "sorpresa" è arrivata una settimana dopo quando le unghie sono cresciute e adesso ho queste orrende righe profonde nelle unghie. Se potessi mettere meno di una stella lo farei volentieri. Di sicuro non ci tornerò.
Never again. I make the manista and therefore my hands must always be perfect. I warned the girl about this and they assured me that the Russian manicure they do never leaves any marks or imperfections. Apart from the fact that the manicure was done with little care in general, the "surprise" came a week later when the nails grew and now I have these hideous deep lines in my nails. If I could put less than one star I would gladly do it. For sure I will not return.

Conoscendo il traffico della zona gallaratese sono arrivata con 10 min d’anticipo, nonostante questo mi hanno fatta accomodare in salone, ma ho subito notato l’indisponenza nei miei confronti, infatti la ragazza che mi doveva servire è uscita fuori a fumare invece di darmi la giusta accoglienza come nuova cliente.
Premetto che al telefono avevo chiesto il prezzo del servizio. Alla fine mi sono ritrovata a fare 4 unghie diverse ( con una polvere brillantinata) e mi sono state fatte pagare in sovrapprezzo come “nail art” (cosa che non mi è stata menzionata durante la seduta).
Purtroppo come prima esperienza non è andata a buon fine e inoltre allego la foto delle suddette unghie brillantinate, già rovinate (notate appena uscita ).
As a new client: cold and unprofessional welcome. Knowing the traffic in the Gallarate area, I arrived 10 minutes early, despite this they made me sit in the living room, but I immediately noticed the dislike towards me, in fact the girl who had to serve me went out to smoke instead of giving me the right welcome as a new customer.
I state that on the phone I had asked the price of the service. Eventually I found myself doing 4 different nails (with a glitter powder) and I was charged extra for "nail art" (which was not mentioned to me during the session).
Unfortunately, as a first experience it was not successful and I am also attaching the photo of the aforementioned shiny nails, already damaged (notice as soon as it comes out).
