C	Carmen Angelini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima struttura. Sono stata lì perché avevo bisogno di un consulto con il prof Scienza il quale conosco da 1997. Quando ho chiamato per prendere l'appuntamento personale poco cortese in quanto avevo chiesto gli orari disponibili e in maniera molto frettolosa e sgarbata mi è stato detto che il primo era alle 8.30 e il secondo alle 12.30, avendo due bimbe piccole avevo optato per il secondo chiedendo però di poter essere fuori quanto prima in quanto per le 16 dovevo essere a Verona, ma a uesta mia richiesta mi è stato detto che se volevo la certezza di non avere ritardi era stare lì per le 8.30 e comunque sono entrato in 20 m dopo. Ma la cosa peggiore è arrivare lì e il professore non è riuscito a vedere la chiave USB e neppure il dischettio visto che il PC della struttura non funzionava. Per tanto 142 euro per leggere un referto di rm. Se volevo questo mi sarei fermata ad un neurochirurgo qualsiasi e non sarei andata alla ricerca del migliore neurochirurgo di fama mondiale. Mi dispiace perché finché il professore poggiava presso l'ospedale di Padova non ho mai avuto problemi, quindi credevo che ancora meglio presso una struttura privata, ma purtroppo devo ricredermi. Nulla da eccepire sul professore Scienza ma un consiglio cambi struttura perché non idonea alla sua impeccabile carriera. Bad structure. When I called to make the personal appointment not courteous as I had asked for the available times and in a very hasty and rude way I was told that the the first was at 8.30 and the second at 12.30, having two small girls I had opted for the second but asking to be able to be out as soon as possible because by 16 I had to be in Verona, but at my request I was told that if I wanted the certainty of not having any delays was staying there for 8.30 and in any case I entered 20 m later. But the worst thing is to get there and the professor could not see the USB key or the disk since the PC of the facility was not working. Therefore 142 euros to read a rm report. If I wanted this I would have stopped at any neurosurgeon and I would not have gone in search of the best world-famous neurosurgeon. I'm sorry because as long as the professor was resting at the hospital in Padua I never had any problems, so I thought that even better at a private facility, but unfortunately I have to change my mind. There is nothing to complain about the Science professor but a piece of advice changes structure because it is not suitable for his impeccable career.

Se avete molto tempo per attendere una risposta dal centralino e siete fortunati, spesso non bastano 10 telefonate dove si resta in attesa per decine di minuti .. inutilmente. Unfortunately, the good professionalism of health services is not easily accessible. Ma secondo voi è plausibile, è il vostro metodo dalla nuova gestione. Un disastro, io e tutta la mia famiglia non andremo mai più. I read the reviews of patients like me who for days and days have been trying to get feedback for urgent exams to do. They are always technical problems. But in your opinion it is plausible, it is your method from the new management. A disaster, my whole family and I will never go again.
A	A S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Due perché inizialmente è andato tutto benissimo. Visita con Dr Maggioni compresa, il quale mi consiglia una RM che avrei dovuto mandargli via mail in seguito. Così ho fatto. Peccato che dopo un mese ancora niente, il mio problema non è passato e dopo 2/3 chiamate dove mi è stato detto che avrei avuto una risposta il giorno dopo in maniera molto sbrigativa adesso il nulla più totale. In più ci sono dei macchinari di nuova generazione che funzionano benissimo! 5 Stars Because the staff is very kind and friendly and waiting times are very short .... Obviously if you have booked your exam !! In addition there are new generation machines that work great!
N	Nicola Marini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato diverse volte per delle visite specialistiche ed esami strumentali all'Affidea Istituto Diagnostico e ho sempre trovato da parte dei medici, ma anche dagli altri operatori, una gentilezza e un'attenzione veramente rari. Molto professionali e attenti alla persona. Trovo che la gentilezza del personale nei confronti delle persone che in qualche misura soffrono sia veramente una forma di rispetto che non si può non apprezzare. I went several times for specialist visits and instrumental tests to the Diagnostic Institute Affidea and I have always found from the doctors, but also from the other operators, a kindness and a really rare attention. Very professional and attentive to the person. I find that the kindness of the staff towards people who suffer to some extent is truly a form of respect that one cannot fail to appreciate.
M	Max Eita on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La nostra esperienza non è stata positiva per quanto riguarda l'iter dell' accettazione e la gestione della prenotazione in quanto a loro risultava un'ora dopo della nostra, e dopo un viaggio di 140 km per recarsi sul posto l'attesa non è stata per nulla gradita, sopratutto quando si hanno figli appresso. Per quanto riguarda l'esame, nulla da eccepire, da parte del medico/tecnico professionalità, gentilezza e cortesia hanno in parte compensato il disagio sopportato. Our experience was not positive with regards to the process of acceptance and the management of the booking as it was an hour after ours, and after a 140 km journey to go there, the wait was not not at all welcome, especially when you have children below. As for the examination, nothing to complain, on the part of the doctor / technician professionalism, kindness and courtesy have partially compensated for the inconvenience endured.

I due ragazzi che mi hanno fatto la risonanza magnetica tanta gentilezza e professionalità da una come me che purtroppo di centri be ha girato tanti e inqualificabile . E falsa la pena di tutti i km che ho fatto e credetemi a Milano e pieno di centri. Grazie e complimenti perché anche se non sono cose gravi fate sentire le persone a proprio lì agio. The two guys who gave me the magnetic resonance so much kindness and professionalism from someone like me who unfortunately has turned many and unspeakable centers.
