sono stata a fare ago aspirato con il dott Vendraminelli . Tenendo conto che non ci conoscevamo mi sono sentita subito a mio agio mi ha spiegato molto esaustivamente tutta la procedura .
Visto che alle volte si tratta di salute della persona avere anche l'umanita' comprensiva di dove ci si trova avendo l'ansia di cosa ci aspetta, direi che e' una marcia in piu' per ogni medico!

I went to do needle aspiration with Dr. Vendraminelli. Taking into account that we did not know each other, I immediately felt at ease, he explained the whole procedure very thoroughly.
Since sometimes it is about the health of the person also having humanity including where one is having the anxiety of what awaits us, I would say that it is an extra gear for every doctor!

Mia moglie si è recata per una visita, arriva in anticipo, si dimenticano di chiamarla, sala d'attesa sovraffollata ergo NON c'è distanziamento tra i pazienti in sala d'attesa nonostante il rischio d'infezione COVID. Si accorgono dell'errore, chiedono al dottore di visitarle e lui si rifiuta di farlo. Ripeteremo la visita in un altro centro, mi argo non emergano problemi di salute se no agiremo per vie legali
Absolutely embarrassing! My wife went for a visit, arrives early, they forget to call her, overcrowded waiting room ergo there is NO distancing between patients in the waiting room despite the risk of COVID infection. They realize the mistake, ask the doctor to see them and he refuses to do it. We will repeat the visit in another center, I argue that no health problems will emerge otherwise we will take legal action
