★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata diverse volte anche privatamente anche se ci sono posti più economici il servizio ha il suo prezzo. Cordiali attenti disponibili e gentili. Una volta avevo perso una risonanza e mi han fatto una copia senza farmi pagare nulla. La classe non é acqua.
I have been several times even privately even if there are cheaper places the service has its price. Friendly attentive available and kind. Once I had lost an MRI and they made me a copy without charging me anything. Class is not water.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il voto per il dottore e la visita è di 5 stelle. Purtroppo il servizio informazioni non si merita nemmeno una stella. Ho chiamato precisando la mia intenzione di effettuare l’ecografia con il sistema sanitario, precisando ulteriormente la priorità 10 giorni presente sulla ricetta. Al telefono mi è stato confermata la possibilità tramite servizio sanitario. Il giorno della visita mi presento all’accettazione presento la mia ricetta per la visita, la ragazza prende la ricetta senza dire nulla. Effettuo la visita al momento del pagamento mi vengono chiesti ben 247 euro. Ovviamente espongo le mie ragioni la risposta è stata: signora siamo una struttura privata. E quindi? Molte strutture private effettuano visite anche con il sistema sanitario e comunque io avevo specificato benissimo al momento della prenotazione . Quindi ATTENZIONE perché fanno di tutto per attrarre clienti e danno informazioni scorrette facendo poi passare il cliente in errore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono paziente del centro e trovo molto strana l'ultima recensione pubblicata...secondo la mia esperienza la preparazione e professionalità del personale sono veramente rare. Mi è capitato mentre ero in sala d'attesa di ascoltare alcune risposte telefoniche e la gentilezza e pazienza del personale non trovano giustizia nelle parole espresse dalla signora nava, trovo impossibile che possano aver detto di poter eseguire esami in convenzione visto che il centro è sempre stato solo privato. Ci sarà stato sicuramente un malinteso, ma da questo a dire di "fare attenzione" mi sembra un voler screditare un centro molto serio e di alto livello.
