★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho prenotato un anno fa un esame specifico, e mi sono ritrovata a fare tutt altro che l esame prenotato. La settimana scorsa prenoto un ecografia specifica, e mi ritrovo dove aver pagato, per cui descritto nuovamente cosa avrei dovuto fare, nuovamente a fare un esame diverso da quello prenotato. Perso due giorni di lavoro e nel caso della prima volta aver sostenuto una spesa per un esame tutt altro che diverso da ciò che dovevo fare. Fate attenzione perché durante la prenotazione accettano la richiesta anche se non sono abilitati nel farla. Siate espliciti e chiedete se realmente vi faranno fare il richiesto. Non do zero perché non ce n e la possibilità.
I booked a specific exam a year ago, and I found myself doing anything but the booked exam. Last week I book a specific ultrasound, and I find myself where I paid, so I described again what I should have done, again to do a different exam than the one booked. Lost two days of work and in the case of the first time having incurred an expense for an exam that was anything but different from what I had to do. Pay attention because during the booking they accept the request even if they are not authorized to make it. Be explicit and ask if they will actually make you do the requested. I don't give zero because there is no possibility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il medico mi ha ricevuta con mezz'ora di ritardo rispetto al mio appuntamento e l'ecografia all'addome è stata eseguita in 1 minuto, il tempo materiale di scattare 4 foto.
Risultato dovrò rifare l'esame da un'altra parte e.. Non tornerò mai più in questa struttura!!
The doctor received me half an hour late compared to my appointment and the ultrasound of the abdomen was performed in 1 minute, the material time to take 4 photos.
Result I will have to redo the exam somewhere else and .. I will never return to this facility!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Luogo pulito, personale gentile e qualificato... Ci sono molti servizi ed io mi sono sempre trovata bene ad appoggiarmi a loro piuttosto che andare in ospedale. All'accettazione a volte c'è un po' da aspettare ma le ragazze sono velocissime e pazienti, e poi se c'è gente vuol dire che la struttura è qualificata quindi ben venga.
Clean place, kind and qualified staff ... There are many services and I have always found it better to lean on them rather than go to the hospital. At acceptance, sometimes there is a bit of a wait but the girls are very fast and patient, and then if there are people it means that the structure is qualified so it is welcome.
