Quando ho richiesto la sostituzione, come previsto dall' assistenza Vodafone, me l'hanno rifiutata accampando scuse incoerenti. Comportamento veramente scorretto, al di fuori da ogni procedura. Bad service !!!! They sold me a non-functioning product, making me pay more for it than indicated by Vodafone. When I requested the replacement, as expected from Vodafone support, they refused it by making inconsistent apologies. Really incorrect behavior, outside of any procedure.

Scortesi e arroganti, a negozio deserto (e si capisce perché...) non provano nemmeno a prendere in considerazione il problema da risolvere che classificano come "impossibile"... Evviva la ragazza albanese del call center vodafone che ha risposto e risolto il problema di una sim scaduta in meno di 5 minuti con gentilezza e cordialità. a star is too much ... Other than Vodafone Store! Hanno sempre le ultime novità del mercato ed ottime offerte. In poche parole CONSIGLIATISSIMO!! Professional and competent. I went for a problem on the phone they bought and they fixed it for me in less than 24 hours. They always have the latest news on the market and great offers. In short, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!

Ho chiamato Fastweb e mi hanno riferito che non esiste nessun deposito cauzionale. Quindi è una vera truffa..... Da segnalare. Beware if you go there for a contract, pay close attention to the owner, try to dupe you by asking € 50.00 for the security deposit. I called Fastweb and they told me that there is no security deposit. So it's a real scam ..... Worth noting.

I was interested by Fastweb Casa, he asked me to sign a request form, to pay (in cash!!) 50 euros a 'deposit', before even signing the contract and without giving the FULL information about the terms of the contract (he 'forgot' to mention the costs related to the mobile internet, which is included by default in their contract. When I decided to cancel the contract, he didn't want to give me the 50 euros back. Now I am wondering how it's working the consumer protection in this country.
