Ho portato il mio s8 per cambiare la batteria, e mi ritrovo un cellulare da buttare.....come si può vedere dalle foto, mi è stato impiastrato tutto il cellulare di colla, in più la fotocamera rimane sfuocata ... Lo riporto a farlo controllare, e mi dicono che funziona perfettamente .... Io insisto per farlo controllare, e mi aprono di nuovo il telefono per controllarlo . Peccato però che la fotocamera sia ancora come prima, e io debba cambiare di nuovo la pellicola.... E mi ritrovo comunque un cellulare con la fotocamera inutilizzabile. Ho chiesto la cortesia di rimandarmelo a casa pagando le spese di spedizioni. La risposta: ovviamente un bel no. Pessimo servizio. Grazie a questi centri che samsung perde clienti. Passerò ad iphone Bad service for nothing in favor of the customer. I didn't ask to have my phone fixed. I asked for the courtesy to send it back home paying the shipping costs. J	Jay Jade on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il mio Samsung A35 5G aveva solamente la fotocamera che non funzionava più ma loro si sono inventati che la scheda madre era schiacciata quando il mio telefono non ha nemmeno danni fisici. Mi hanno chiesto 160 euro, perché casualmente nonostante fosse in garanzia Samsung stesso non ha accettato di ripararlo in garanzia. L'ho portato al centro Samsung di Gallarate e hanno semplicemente sostituito la fotocamera tutto in giornata e in garanzia, niente costi. My Samsung A35 5G only had the camera that no longer worked but they made up the motherboard was crushed when my phone didn't even have physical damage. They asked me for 160 euros, because by chance, despite being under warranty, Samsung itself did not agree to repair it under warranty. I took it to the Samsung center in Gallarate and they simply replaced the camera all within the same day and under warranty, no costs.
