Non ci sono parole per descrivere questo posto, a parte le materie prime usate per la cucina credo che anche chi cucini non sia in grado di farlo, e stata un esperienza bruttissima, erda tutto freddo e crudo, non ho potuto nemmeno finire l ordine nonostante la fame da lupo che avessi dato che ero in viaggio di ritorno per Roma e non toccavo cibo dalla sera prima. A parte tutto questo una cosa che reputo molto importante è il servizio che in questo Caso è stato peggiore del cibo, una scortesia e maledizione mai vista prima, e mi sono stupito. Nonostante lo Zamberletti sia già chiuso per ferie. Far pagare 0,50 in più per sedersi fuori è veramente una presa in giro. Good and well made cappuccino. Great service and nice staff. Poor quality croissants, vegan and non-existent wholemeal. Although the Zamberletti is already closed for holidays. Charging 0.50 more to sit outside is really a joke.

Poco dopo però ha iniziato a cambiare sempre gestione e ogni volta era sempre peggio sia nel servizio che nelle altre cose. Ho iniziato ad andarci molto meno spesso, fino ad oggi che ero talmente a disagio che volevo scappare via. Si lamentano della concorrenza, ma non sono capaci di tenersi i pensieri per loro con i clienti presenti facendoli sentire a disagio. Non tornerò più in quel bar piuttosto vado in quello dove andavo gli anni precedenti. Peccato perché era un bel posto. They complain about the competition, but are unable to keep thoughts for them with the customers present making them feel uncomfortable. I will never go back to that bar rather I go to the one where I went the previous years. Too bad because it was a nice place.
