★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da tempo ormai vado da loro per qualsiasi necessità legata alla telefonia. Ho sempre trovato le risposte che cercavo e si distinguono per professionalita' e cortesia. Inoltre anche dopo aver acquistato un prodotto rispondono con sollecitudine ad ogni richiesta o problema, e questo non è da tutti. Personalmente sono molto soddisfatta!
For some time now I have been going to them for any need related to telephony. I have always found the answers I was looking for and they stand out for their professionalism and courtesy. Moreover, even after purchasing a product they respond promptly to every request or problem, and this is not for everyone. Personally I am very satisfied!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto un problema con l'utilizzo di un Webcube4 con una nuova sim Wind3, attivata in un altro punto Wind3. Per me era fondamentale ripristinare la funzionalità che avevo prima del cambio. Mi sono rivolto al negozio Wind3 presso il centro commerciale Le Corti, che già conoscevo, e mi hanno dato le informazioni necessarie per richiedere l'assistenza Wind3 e hanno aperto la chiamata al supporto inviando i documenti necessari. Tramite chat whatsapp abbiamo gestito il resto, senza necessità di tornare in negozio, ottimizzando il tempo ed evitando spostamenti. In un paio di giorni chiamata aperta e nell'arco di una serata problema risolto. Ammetto, non me lo aspettavo cosi velocemente!!
Davvero super efficiente il team del negozio, gentilissimi, professionali e assolutamente trasparenti nello spiegarmi la situazione. È quello che mi aspetto quando mi rivolgo ad un servizio di assistenza. Grazie davvero e lavoro ineccepibile. Bravi!
I had a problem with using a Webcube4 with a new Wind3 sim, activated in another Wind3 point. For me it was essential to restore the functionality I had before the change. I went to the Wind3 shop at the Le Corti shopping center, which I already knew, and they gave me the information I needed to request Wind3 assistance and they opened the call for support by sending the necessary documents. Through whatsapp chat we managed the rest, without having to go back to the store, optimizing time and avoiding travel. In a couple of days an open call and in an evening the problem was solved. I admit, I didn't expect it so fast !!
The shop team is really super efficient, very kind, professional and absolutely transparent in explaining the situation to me. This is what I expect when I go to an after-sales service. Thank you very much and flawless work. Well done!
