I took my iPhone X completely out of order due to a crystal problem.
I delivered it at 6.15 pm and at 7 pm I collected it in perfect condition. Screen changed ?? Lightning fast and professional. Thanks a lot ☺️

We brought a iPhone 5s that had fallen to the floor at which the screen broke. At the shop the employee (the owner?) run some tests and recommended to replace the screen for 125 €. He didn't notice that also something with the battery was wrong, which cost us another 45 € to fix that too (he later said that it was impossible to detect that right when we brought the phone, because the test routine had not shown any irregularities with respect to the battery).
What he didn't tell us either is that the screen after the repair is darker, colors are different (white appears somewhat greenish) and the screen is also a bit less touch-sensitive. He later said that this was inevitable - something I would have preferred to know from the beginning.
At the end of the day we paid 170 € for repairing a phone that is not the same as before. If I had known that I probably would have invested this money in a new phone.
At least the service went fast and we were called as soon the phone was ready to pick up.
