F	Francesco Binda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio patronato pessimo: l'operatore è arrivato con mezz'ora di ritardo pur sapendo che le persone come me si trovano in coda dalle 7.30 del mattino perché vengono servite solo 12 persone al giorno. Mi ha dato informazioni sbagliate riguardo alla did online (mi ha segnalato una piattaforma online su cui presentare la did ormai chiusa da mesi facendomi perdere mezza giornata tra call center e centro per l'impiego di Laveno). Infine, ciliegina sulla torta: mi sono affidato a loro per presentare la domanda di NaspI e si sono dimenticati di inviare un modulo (SR 163) che avevo portato insieme a tutti gli altri documenti. Insomma, fate un po' voi... io la prossima volta mi farò aiutare da qualcun'altro. E nessuno ti risponde al telefono!!!! Pagare l'iscrizione mensilmente per avere questi servizi, è un vero furto! Badly organized, they don't answer on the phone, you fill out the form on the site to ask for an appointment with your request, they tell me that you don't need an appointment, 1 hour of standing outside queue to hear you tell them that they don't do that service.
