Mi è capitato di avere bisogno per la sistemazione di contributi Inps della mia compagna sono due anni che cerco una risposta ed è impossibile parlare o avere risposte dalla incaricata(Consuelo) sia telefonicamente sia via email e ancor peggio di persona poiché ogni volta che provo ad andare ci saranno dalle 20 alle 30 persone.
Impossibile prendere appuntamento.
Alla fine sono riuscito a farmi ritornare la richiesta inviata all'INPS.
Dovrebbero organizzarsi nettamente meglio.
Fino a 2/3 anni fa le cose andavano fluide.
Total disorganization. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi dispiace fare questa recensione ma la faccio per la signora “consulente del lavoro” per il dipendente che esegue il suo lavoro in modo non professionale e arrogante. Ancora prima di spiegare il problema, lei ti parla sopra facendoti sentire ignorante e ti manda a casa senza neanche spiegare perché non ti può aiutare. Per risolvere il mio problema, ho dovuto consultare un avvocato perché i sindacati a cui sono iscritta non mi hanno minimamente aiutato. Non mi danno alternative a parte alla signora incompetente che sarebbe l’unica ad occuparsi di vertenze. Dovrete cambiare consulente di lavoro perché crea problemi ai vostri clienti.
I am sorry to do this review but I am doing it for the lady "labor consultant" for the employee who does her job unprofessionally and arrogantly. Even before explaining the problem, she talks over you making you feel ignorant and sends you home without even explaining why she can't help you. To solve my problem, I had to consult a lawyer because the unions I am a member of have not helped me in the least. They do not give me alternatives apart from the incompetent lady who would be the only one to deal with disputes. You will have to change employment consultants because it creates problems for your clients.
