Sono al nono mese di gravidanza (gemellare) ...non ho avuto la precedenza ...né il rispetto ...né la gentilezza.
I took the liberty of removing a piece of paper affixed to the inside of the office which read: "IN THIS OFFICE WE GIVE PRECEDENCE TO WOMEN IN PREGNANCY, ETC".
I am in the ninth month of pregnancy (twins) ... I did not have precedence ... nor respect ... nor kindness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Capisco il carico di lavoro, ma trattare la gente al telefono come delinquenti, è davvero troppo. Io sono una persona gentile, ho chiesto di parlare con chi mi stava seguendo per una pratica: sembrava stessi per rapinarli e che la persona in questione fosse scomparsa. Direi che dovrebbero rivedere il modo di avere a che fare col pubblico e la persona che risponde al telefono, meglio sarebbe lasciasse il posto ad un disoccupato gentile che ha bisogno di lavorare!!!!!
I understand the workload, but treating people on the phone like criminals is too much. I am a kind person, I asked to speak with who was following me for a practice: it seemed like I was going to rob them and that the person in question had disappeared. I would say that they should review the way they deal with the public and the person who answers the phone, it would be better to give way to a kind unemployed person who needs to work !!!!!
