Fin qui niente di male ma rendetevi conto, prima di criticare, che sono prodotti della tradizione pugliese, non adatti ai palati sofisticati da "semolino" e pasta scotta.
It is a very good ricotta but it has the only defect of not being liked by non-gourmets!
Nothing bad so far but realize, before criticizing, that they are traditional Apulian products, not suitable for sophisticated palates from "semolina" and overcooked pasta.
