Abbiamo scoperto questo posto per caso ed assaggiando il modiano gentilmente offerto, abbiamo riscoperto i sapori di una volta, la vera pasta filata della mozzarella artigianale. Ottimo anche il caciocavallo, il primo sale, la ricotta, la crema spalmabile e la caciotta! Abbiamo anche avuto modo di assaggiare un buonissimo yogurt e le uova fresche di gallina. Insomma, ci ritorneremo di sicuro perché la genuinità e l'accoglienza sono stati impeccabili! (ringrazio in particolar modo la gentile sig.ra addetta alla vendita che ci ha deliziato con numerosi assaggi ed è entrata a pieno titolo nel cuore dei miei figli!) Mi chiedo la gente che recensisce "tutto molto buono" di quali patologie del palato è affetta! Ci vuole coraggio. Il fior di latte sembra il panetto di caglio per fare la pizza,disgustoso! Si possono trovare dei caseifici, ma non con prodotti così buoni, personale che ti fa sentire a casa e che ti fa assaggiare tutto quello che hanno.
