Ogni prodotto e' di loro produzione.
Ho fatto il mozzarella expirience dove abbiamo visitato la masseria e visto all'opera il casaro che ci ha insegnato a fare i nodini, il fiordilatte, la burratina con dentro la stracciatella.
Esperienza che conferma la passione e la impegno di chi lavora in masseria.

Excellent quality, mozzarella and stracciatella are excellent, also try the potato bread and their capocollo.
Each product is of their production.
I made the mozzarella expirience where we visited the farm and saw the cheesemaker at work who taught us how to make knots, fiordilatte, burratina with stracciatella inside.
Experience that confirms the passion and commitment of those who work in the farm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to watch the making of mozzarella and burrata cheese (go there at 8 or 9am or just ask to the staff if they accept to show you outside of production hours).
Friendly staff. Nice shop where to purchase dairy products as well as vegetables and bakery products.
From the animal point of view, probably one of the most animal-friendly farms in the area.
