 Very friendly and helpful staff. Interesting guided tour through the mining museum and then a large selection of very tasty South Tyrolean specialties. ??

Cozy stube located at the end of Val Ridanna. It can be easily reached with an easy walk through the valley. All good; friendly and helpful staff.

Sono stata per la seconda volta alla Knappenstube in occasione della steakweek e sono rimasta sorpresa in modo positivo oltre che dal cibo ovviamente, anche dalla cura della mise en place e dal personale vestito in modo elegante e curato. Piccola nota potreste magari cercare di abbinare alla carne un contorno un po' più particolare.
Comunque tutto ottimo! Bravi!
Great food served by professional and kind staff. I went to the Knappenstube for the second time during the steakweek and I was surprised in a positive way as well as by the food of course, also by the care of the mise en place and by the staff dressed in an elegant and refined way. Small note, you could perhaps try to combine the meat with a slightly more particular side dish.
Still all great! Well done!

Und 3 Tage später nochmal: richtig lecker! Dank an den Chef und den Service!
The food was delicious, the service was very good, the atmosphere was great. The optics ... see pictures. But the most important thing is the quality of the products ... unique. Great cakes and tiramisu.
And again 3 days later: really delicious! Thanks to the boss and the service!
