P	Peter Costadedoi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider nur schlecht Erfahrung. Sind schon öfters zum ausleihen von Langlaufskiern gekommen. Haben meist nur schlechte, ungewachste ski bekommen. Nur selten gute und professionelle Ausrüstung, trotz sehr guter Fahrkenntnisse. Bei 5mal Langlauen 6 verschiedene skier und Stöcke bekommen. Bei Nachfrage ob man bessere bekommen würde wurden nur blöde Kommentare abgelassen und anschließend noch schlechtere ski ausgehändigt. Wir sind wirklich SEHR ENTTÄUSCHT. Werden nächstes Jahr nicht mehr wieder kommen. Fachpersonal Fehlanzeige!!! Unfortunately bad experience. Have often come to rent cross-country skis. Mostly only got bad, unwaxed skis. Only rarely good and professional equipment, despite very good driving skills. Get 5 different skis and poles at 5 times Langlauen. When asked if you would get better, only stupid comments were made and then even worse skis handed out. We are really VERY DISAPPOINTED. Will not come back next year. Specialists Nothing!

Ho qualcosa da dire però sull'autista che, guidando il furgone del negozio (logo chiaramente leggibile), ha superato me ed altre 2 macchine nei pressi di un tornante e mi ha tagliato la strada per inserirsi tra me ed il camion che avevo davanti quasi forzandomi contro la parete in cemento. A bordo avevo mia moglie e 2 bambini il cui più grande ha 2 anni. Se ciò non fosse abbastanza, l'autista in questione una volta effettuato il tornante e trovandosi alla mia sinistra, rallenta per insultare e fare gesti che non sto a descrivere. Certi comportamenti dovrebbero avere rilevanza penale. Mi dispiace solo non avere avuto la telecamera e non potere mettere online la manovra di questo che non posso che definire un delinquente. Having recently tried it, I can say that the commercial service is not bad. But I have something to say about the driver who, driving the shop's van (logo clearly legible), passed me and 2 other cars near a hairpin bend and cut me off to fit between me and the truck in front of me almost forcing myself against the concrete wall. On board I had my wife and 2 children whose oldest is 2 years old. If this were not enough, the driver in question, once the hairpin bend is made and being on my left, slows down to insult and make gestures that I am not describing. Certain behaviors should have criminal relevance. I only regret not having had the camera and not being able to put online the maneuver of this that I can only define a delinquent.

S	Sebastian Weissteiner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir sind bzw. waren bis jetzt Stammkunden. Geschwindigkeit und Technik hängt nicht vom Material ab. Das war die Aussage nachdem wir die Skier umgetauscht haben... haben dann nach dem Umtausch Skier bekommen die mehr nach hinten rutschten als nach vorne. Länge der Stöcke variiert auch jedes mal ca10cm. Klassikstöcke sind ja ind er Regel etwas kürzer doch die fürs Skaten zu verwenden ist eine pure Herausforderung und Mangel an Materialien. Mein rücken lässt grüßen.... We are or have been regular customers so far. Speed and technique do not depend on the material. That was the statement after we exchanged the skis ... then after the exchange we got skis that slid more backwards than forwards. The length of the sticks also varies about 10 cm each time. Classic sticks are usually a bit shorter but using them for skating is a pure challenge and lack of materials. Greetings from my back ....

La commessa (molto gentile) visto il bambino ci ha consigliato dei percorsi piu' adatti partendo da Vipiteno e ci ha direttamente prenotato le bici giu a Vipiteno dove hanno un altro punto vendita . Essendo ospiti del vicino albero Schneeberg avevamo diritto ad uno sconto del 20% sul noleggio (che su 100 euro pagati non sono pochi) e la commessa mi ha assicurato che essendo i negozi della stessa proprieta avrei avuto lo sconto anche giu a Vipiteno . Per farla breve la mattina dopo a Vipiteno il commesso ci dice che non abbiamo nessuno sconto e che lo sconto vale solo per negozio a Ridanna . Se non avessi avuto il bimbo con me avrei rinunciato e lasciato li tutto cercando un altro noleggio piu' onesto .Occhio alle fregature !!! Inoltre preparatevi prima il percorso perche non forniscono nessun tipo di cartina e le indicazioni sono molto approssimative. False promises (watch out for rip-offs) We went to this shop to rent 2 bikes and a child seat. The saleswoman (very kind) saw the child advised us of the most suitable routes starting from Vipiteno and directly booked us the bikes down to Vipiteno where they have another store. Being guests of the nearby Schneeberg tree we were entitled to a 20% discount on the rental (which is not a little over 100 euros paid) and the contractor assured me that being the shops of the same property I would have had the discount also down to Vipiteno. To make a long story short, the shop assistant in Vipiteno tells us that we have no discount and that the discount is valid only for a shop in Ridanna. If I had not had the baby with me I would have given up and left them all looking for another more honest rental. Eye to the cheats !!! Also, prepare the route first because they do not provide any type of map and the indications are very rough.

H	Heinz Hatzen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schlechter Service, mangelnde Beratung, kein entgegen kommen bei Umtausch/Änderung nach Ausleihen der Ski Ausrüstung. Haben für 3 Personen Langlauf Ski für 3 Tage gemietet. Nach ca. 20 Min. wollte eine Person die Ausrüstung wegen priv. Probleme zurückgeben. Ihr wurde der Preis für diesen „Tag“ Benutzung (20 Min.) abgezogen und der Betrag für die restlichen 2 Tage wurde nur mit einen Gutschein verrechnet! Das nennt man bei uns „ abzocke“. Werde Hotelgäste, die nach Skiverleih in der Region suchen, von diesen Vorfall in diesem Geschäft berichten. Bad service, lack of advice, no accommodation when exchanging/changing after renting the ski equipment. Rented cross-country skis for 3 days for 3 people. After about 20 minutes, a person wanted to return the equipment because of personal problems. The price for this "day" of use (20 minutes) was deducted from her and the amount for the remaining 2 days was only charged with a voucher! That's what we call "rip off". Will tell hotel guests looking for ski rentals in the area about this incident at this shop.
