★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were there for 3 nights in late April. The drive there through the old olive groves was worth a stay. All other reviews have mentioned about their excellent service which is true to description. However, the dinner is what makes it memorable for us. After traveling for over 20 hours, we needed to have good freshly cooked vegetable and we surely lucked out with this place. The food is just so well done! Whether it is lamb, fish or vegetable, the taste is a flavorful, clean palate but NOT bland and yet healthy cooking. The breakfast is very good but the dinner is OUTSTANDING! We look forward to each dinner and didn’t make any reservation outside because we didn’t want to miss another fantastic meal! The staff and especially the host Daniele is just superb in making sure we are comfortable. Also, their bicycles are very new and nice and they are free to use. Highly recommend to stay here you come to this region. Since our room is made with thick stones, the bathroom is very cold at this time of the year, especially with the stone floor. I’m sure the summer would be very nice with cool stones.
Next time we will come back either early summer or mid fall to enjoy the abundance of vegetables and fruits!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delightful, welcoming, extremely confortabile, spotless. The Manager, Daniel was an excellent host and very helpfull giving us advice where to go, what to see. We spento 6 nights and are dinner there on three nights. The food was delicious and the wine suggestions Just right. I would definitly return there. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a wonderful evening in the Masseria Salinola. When we arrived Daniele showed us around and brought us closer to the history of this wonderful place. At the beginning we got a delicious Limoncello Spritz, although this drink is normally not offered. The 6 course menu was excellent. Most of the ingredients come from their own garden. You can tell, that they cook with passion here: every course was delicious and served with love. We highly recommend this place and will definitely come back on our next vacation. This was our best evening we had in Puglia. Thank you Daniele and the stuff.

The taste, the wine, all was incredible, same as the service. Also the property is worth a visit. I just wish we would had found it earlier. A hidden, family run gem with much love to the detail. We will definitely come back. Thanks a lot for the experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nestled amongst the olive trees in the Puglian countryside you’ll find Masseria Salinola. Our only complaint about this place is that we couldn’t move in permanently—we didn’t want to leave! The grounds are beautifully kept and the staff makes you feel as if you are family. Each morning starts with a beautiful breakfast spread (all homemade) with dedicated times throughout the day for tea, homemade cakes and drinks. The rooms are spectacular and tranquil. All of the products are made on-site, and we cleared out much of the small gift shop to bring back their olive oil for cooking, and soaps and shampoos. If you are still reading this review and haven’t booked yet, now is the time! We could not have asked for a better stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our stay at the Masseria Salinola was from beginning to end wonderful. We were warmly greeted by Danielle who made us feel right at home. The masseria is nicely decorated, warm and inviting. The rooms are very confortable with fireplaces and plenty of wood to burn. Do not hesitate, and in fact you should, have dinner as the food is all fresh and prepared in a simple yet elegant way with a menu that changes daily. Breakfast is also a real delight full of local pastries and homemade jams. It is the kind of place that brings your blood pressure down, we will definitely try to return soon.
