Tradizione secolare per prodotti genuini della tradizione pugliese: super consigliato di arrivare fin qui anche solo per provare le sue frise veramente deliziose. Ottimi anche i biscotti. Spero possano spedire!!! ??? Small and hidden village oven but history is made here every day! Centuries-old tradition for genuine products of the Apulian tradition: super recommended to get here even just to try its truly delicious frize. The biscuits are also excellent. Hope they can ship !!! ???

Bellissimo l’enorme forno pieno di teglie in cottura che si trova sulla parete sinistra. Per chi, come me, viene da fuori e in questi centri storici, fatti di minuscole e tortuose stradine, ha l’ansia da parcheggio, segnalo che ci sono dei parcheggi “veri” con strisce blu subito prima del forno. Traditional and authentic oven, it offers excellent traditional products without frills. The huge oven full of baking trays on the left wall is beautiful. For those who, like me, come from outside and in these historic centers, made up of tiny and winding streets, are anxious about parking, I would like to point out that there are "real" parking lots with blue stripes just before the oven.

Those flavors are impossible to find somewhere else and tastes are so traditional, raw, authentic, handcrafted that you will incredibly miss them as soon as your bag is over. I travel back and forth from the US carrying always a few of their specialities!
