★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza negativa,professionalità 0,sicuramente non torneremo mai più a comprare da loro.Ad oggi dobbiamo ancora ricevere dei banalissimi box e piatto doccia ordinati a febbraio. Ci hanno complicato la vita non di poco,anche perchè ci dicevano di chiamare di settimana in settimana per sapere se sarebbero arrivati o meno, finchè oggi ci hanno detto che non arriveranno prima di settembre. per colpa loro siamo rimasti bloccati con il rifacimento del bagno e ovviamente siamo senza doccia. Tra l'altro abbiamo anche dato l'anticipo dei soldi

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compro un radiatore per il bagno, pagato €350 circa (si sa dei prezzi esegerati del negozio), dopo 2 anni iniziano ad uscire macchie di ruggine ed essendo ancora in garanzia (3 anni) contatto il negozio che a sua volta si fa rivalsa all'azienda, la quale, per ovvi motivi, risponde che i loro prodotti sono testati e affidabili e che la causa della ruggine è l'ambiente dove è stato installato. Mi chiedo, se sono testati e affidabili, come può uscire la ruggine ad un termoarredo da bagno in un "bagno"! ? A questo punto, la mia referente del prestigiatore negozio sparisce, non rispondendo più a telefonate e messaggi. Decido dunque di risolvere la questione con il mio legale di fiducia, riuscendo di fatto ad avere la sostituzione del radiatore inviatomi al mio domicilio. La "serietà" del negozio non finisce qui, mi telefonano per dirmi che erano riusciti, Loro, ad avere la meglio sull'azienda e che erano riusciti, Loro, ad avere la sostituzione del radiatore, Loro!
I buy a radiator for the bathroom, paid about € 350 (we know of the exaggerated prices of the shop), after 2 years rust stains start to come out and being still under warranty (3 years) I contact the shop which in turn makes a claim against the 'company, which, for obvious reasons, replies that their products are tested and reliable and that the cause of the rust is the environment where it was installed. I wonder, if they are tested and reliable, how can rust come out of a bathroom radiator in a "bathroom"! ? At this point, my contact person from the shop magician disappears, no longer answering phone calls and messages. I therefore decide to resolve the matter with my trusted lawyer, managing to have the radiator sent to my home replaced. The "seriousness" of the shop does not end here, they call me to tell me that they had managed to get the better of the company and that they had managed to have the radiator replaced, they!
