K	Karli Kolumbus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine richtig originelle urige Hütte mit angrenzender Alm. Die Karte ist sehr übersichtlich, dafür ist aber alles frisch gemacht und sehr lecker! Die Bedienung war auch sehr freundlich. A really original, rustic hut with an adjoining alpine pasture. The menu is very clear, but everything is freshly made and very tasty! The service was also very friendly.

Abbiamo chiesto un acqua fredda e ci hanno dato un'acqua frizzante. Andate al Knappenhof perché é piú meglio. Oppure venite a Cinisello balsamo. Oppure al liceo Zucchi. Ciao Too many flies, too hot inside, the service is one of the worst I've ever experienced. We asked for a cold water and they gave us a sparkling water. Go to the Knappenhof because it's better. Or come to Cinisello balsamo. Or at the Zucchi high school. Hello

Strudel da favola! Complimenti After a nice hike we came to this hut where you eat very very well. Large portions and paid just right. Staff very kind. Fairytale strudel! Well done
S	Stefan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schön gelegene Hütte, die ich als nicht sehr gepflegt empfand. Essen nichts Besonders, aber für eine Hütte O.K. Leider war am Sonntag, bei herrlichstem Herbstwetter, die Bedienung (die sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend war) alleine und so verständlicherweise totat überfordert, zudem sie sich auch noch die Getränke selber in der Bar zusammenstellen musste. Der Wirt bevorzugte seine Gäste, die die Bedienung bei Arbeit unterstützen wollten, anzupöbeln anstatt seiner (einzigen) Bedienung zu helfen. Sehr unfreundlich und unprofessionell. Schade. Aber, zum Glück gibt es auf dem wunderschönen Jaufenpass viele gut geführte Hütten mit freundlichen Betreibern Beautifully situated hut, which I felt was not very well maintained. Food nothing special, but for a hut O.K. Unfortunately, on Sunday, with the most beautiful autumn weather, the waitress (who was very friendly and accommodating) was alone and so understandably totally overwhelmed, and she also had to put together the drinks herself in the bar. The innkeeper preferred to swear at his guests who wanted to help the waitress at work instead of helping his (only) waitress. Very rude and unprofessional. Too bad. But luckily there are many well-run huts with friendly operators on the beautiful Jaufenpass
C	Christian Demleitner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schöne urige Hütte am Jaufenpass mit traumhaften Ausblick ins Passeiertal. Leckere Speisekarte mit normalen Preisen. Und natürlich einem sauguaden Kaiserschmarrn. ??☀️ Unbedingt nen Rodel mitnehmen da der Rückweg im Winter zurückgerodelt werden kann. Beautiful rustic hut on the Jaufenpass with a fantastic view of the Passeier Valley. Tasty menu with normal prices. And of course a delicious Kaiserschmarrn. ??☀️ Definitely take a toboggan with you because the way back can be tobogganed back in winter.

Wir sind auf der Hütte angekommen und uns wurde gesagt, dass wir 30 Minuten warten müssten, bis wir etwas bestellen könnten. Dies haben wir so hingenommen. Als wir die Toilette benutzen wollten wurden wir unfreundlich angepampt und sollten 5€ für die Nutzung bezahlen. (Wir haben ihm 2€ gegeben und dachten, wir könnten dann alle die Toilette nutzen, bei der 2. Person verlangte er dann jedoch erneut 2€) Wir haben unseren Sohn im Wintergarten gewickelt (in den wir zunächst eingeladen wurden), dann wurden wir auch hier unfreundlich angemacht, wir sollten bloß unseren Müll mitnehmen. Als mein Vater den Wirt bat, ‚den Ball flach zu halten‘ wurde er von dem Wirt als ‚alter Sack‘ beschimpft. Die Unfreundlichkeit in Person!!! Getrunken und gegessen haben wir dann nichts mehr und haben zugesehen von dieser Person wegzukommen. So schön die Aussicht auch ist, diese Unmöglichkeit und Unfreundlichkeit sollte nicht unterstützt werden!!! The rudest host we have ever experienced!!! We got to the cabin and were told we would have to wait 30 minutes before we could order anything. We accepted this. When we wanted to use the toilet, we were rudely spat at and told to pay €5 for use. (We gave him 2€ and thought we could all use the toilet, but then he asked the 2nd person for 2€ again) We changed our son's nappy in the conservatory (to which we were initially invited), then we were rudely approached here too, telling us we should just take our rubbish with us. When my father asked the innkeeper to 'keep the ball flat', the innkeeper called him an 'old bastard'. The rudeness in person! We then drank and ate nothing more and watched to get away from this person. As beautiful as the view is, this impossibility and unfriendliness should not be supported!!!

The fried eggs were clearly undercooked. We got yelled at, when we kindly asked whether they could be taken off the bill.
