★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambiente accogliente,personale pronto alle tue esigenze,per chi viaggia offrono il servizio sottovuoto o preparato appositamente per un lungo trasporto senza dare differenza lo fanno direttamente avvertendoli!!
Prodotti freschi preparati al mattino e se siete amanti dei sapori della Puglia entrando avvertite il profumo della ricotta appena fatta....non aggiungiamo altro perché viene tanta voglia solo a pensarci.
Suggerimento?? Provare per credere!
Welcoming environment, staff ready for your needs, for those who travel they offer vacuum-packed or specially prepared for a long transport without giving any difference they do it directly by warning them !!
Fresh products prepared in the morning and if you are a lover of the flavors of Puglia entering the scent of freshly made ricotta cheese .... we don't add anything else because we really want to think about it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi servo in questo caseificio da 25 anni ogni volta che vengo in vacanza. Hanno prodotti davvero ottimi prodotti direttamente in loco. Amo molto la burrata e i bocconcini di mozzarella. Se venite a San Vito dei Normanni dovete provarlo assolutamente. ?
I have been serving this dairy for 25 years every time I come on vacation. They have really great products directly on site. I love burrata and mozzarella morsels very much. If you come to San Vito dei Normanni you must absolutely try it. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una scelta vastissima di formaggi freschi e stagionati. Ma anche vini e alcune chicche tradizionali del territorio, come ad esempio i taralli.
Formaggi gustosissimi! Purtroppo viaggiando in treno non abbiamo potuto prendere tanti formaggi freschi per motivi di spazio, anche se il personale, gentilissimo e super disponibile, ci ha offerto confezioni sottovuoto e contenitori in polistirolo con dentro il ghiaccio per mantenere tutto fino a casa! La stracciatella ha un sapore così buono che mi è sembrato di mangiarla per la prima volta in vita mia (adoro burrata, stracciatella e mozzarelle, ma non ne ho mai assaggiate di così buone prima d'ora!!!!)
A huge choice of fresh and aged cheeses. But also wines and some traditional local gems, such as taralli.
Yummy cheeses! Unfortunately, traveling by train we could not take many fresh cheeses for reasons of space, even if the staff, very kind and super helpful, offered us vacuum packs and polystyrene containers with ice inside to keep everything up home! Stracciatella tastes so good that I felt like I was eating it for the first time in my life (I love burrata, stracciatella and mozzarella, but I've never tasted such good before !!!!)

Top quality products, many specialties, fiordilatte, stracciatella, burrata, a fantastic stracchinato cheese and much more. Courteous staff and, that doesn't hurt, the prices are on par with other industrial producers.
