★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Burrate ricotte latticini buonissimi. Anche altri formaggi a pasta molle e semidura. Tutto di produzione propria. Non ho visto stagionati. La prossima volta chiedo. Anche se vicino al centro di Ostuni si trova parcheggio abbastanza agevolmente

Caseificio (Doc) Mozarelle fresce ,caciocavallo, ricotta forte tutto ottimo . Ringraziò al grande capo , di aver avverato il nostro desiderio di spedirci queste buonta anche in Germania. Grazie

Dairy (Doc) Mozarelle fresh, caciocavallo cheese, strong ricotta all excellent. He thanked the big boss for having fulfilled our desire to send these goodies to Germany as well. Thank you

Staff very kind and available for every request. I bought some mozzarella and they were very good (I am very fussy).

Zu dem Kommentar von Inhaber: Die Änderung der Öffnungszeiten habe ich beantragt und wurde nun umgesetzt. Wie auf dem zweiten Bild zu sehen ist waren die Öffnungszeiten nicht richtig. So eine dreiste Lüge anstatt den Fehler einzugestehen. Bewertung nun von 3 auf 1 Stern geändert.
Saturday 2 p.m. closed (8 a.m. - 9 p.m. should be open according to Maps). Please adjust opening times!
Regarding the owner's comment: I requested the change in opening times and this has now been implemented. As you can see in the second picture, the opening times were not correct. Such a bold lie instead of admitting the mistake. Rating now changed from 3 to 1 star.
