★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In piazza dei Mercanti, sul lato ovest ad angolo della piccola galleria si trova la casa dei Panigarola. Anticamente era sede dell’Ufficio degli Statuti dove erano depositati e trascritti gli atti delle magistrature cittadine.
Il palazzo porta il nome della famiglia di notai dei Panigarola che anticamente lo abitava.
L'edificio è di origine comunale, rifatto in forme gotiche nel XV secolo.
Bella la affaccia dove al piano terra si trovano archi in cotto. Mentre al piano superiore si trova l'unica finestra originale rimasta con ornamenti in cotto.
In Piazza dei Mercanti, on the west side at the corner of the small gallery is the Panigarola house. In ancient times it was the seat of the Office of the Statutes where the documents of the city magistracies were deposited and transcribed.
The palace bears the name of the Panigarola family of notaries who once lived there.
The building is of municipal origin, rebuilt in Gothic style in the fifteenth century.
Beautiful overlooks where on the ground floor there are terracotta arches. While on the upper floor there is the only original window left with terracotta ornaments.
