β β β β β servizio pessimo, non risponde nessuno al telefono, mandate mail a una dipendente e nessuna risposta, non si riesce a prendere la linea su qualsiasi numero.
bad service, no one answers the phone, you send mail to an employee and no answer, you can't get the line on any number.

β β β β β pessimo servizio. giorno 28.03.2018: impossibile comunicare al numero telefonico indicato (dalle 9.15 alle 10.15 fatto 10 tentativi); facendo un numero interno mi risponde una signora "estero" dopo 3 minuti di attesa per ben 2 volte cade la linea. la necessitΓ era chiarire un doppio addebito sulla carta generato dalla banca... cambiate mestiere!
bad service. day 28.03.2018: impossible to communicate to the indicated telephone number (from 9.15 to 10.15 made 10 attempts); making an internal number I answer a lady "abroad" after 3 minutes of waiting for 2 times the line falls. the need was to clarify a double debit on the card generated by the bank ... change your job!

β β β β β Donna mora alla cassa arrogante e cafona pensa di poter fare quello che vuole, prendersi i suoi tempi tra un caffΓ¨ e un pisolino quando ha tempo ti accoglie con il suo charme da scaricatrice di porto e non concede nemmeno le operazioni basilari di qualsiasi altra banca. Vergognoso
A brunette woman at the cash desk, arrogant and boorish, thinks she can do what she wants, take her time between a coffee and a nap when she has time, she welcomes you with her longshoreman charm and doesn't even grant the basic operations of any other bank. Shameful

β β β β β Signora mora alla cassa maleducata arrogante e incapace afferma che non si possono versare troppi soldi. La prima banca dove mi succede una cosa simile. Da licenziare in tronco.
Arrogant and incapable rude lady at the cashier says that you can't pay too much money. The first bank where such a thing happens to me. To be fired on the spot.

Questa mattina, 28.12.2021, non mi Γ¨ stato possibile pagare un mav bancario BPM perchΓ© le due operatrici presenti hanno definito troppo lunga l operazione bancaria da svolgere. Mi hanno invitata a tornare dopo le "feste". Ho pagato il mav presso Unicredit dove ho trovato molta piΓΉ voglia di lavorare e competenza.
Bad experience. This morning, 28.12.2021, I was unable to pay a BPM bank account because the two operators present defined the banking operation to be carried out too long. They invited me to come back after the "holidays". I paid the mav at Unicredit where I found much more desire to work and competence.
