★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After a long trip from Amsterdam to Milano my 1series broke down. Bmw Netherlands told us it might be a major problem regarding one of the turbo’s and told us to go to Bmw zavatti and to also keep in mind it might that it could take a while to fix. After 30 minutes they found the problem and told us it would take 24 hours to get the parts and fix the problem. Filipo, a really friendly employee gave us coffee and immediately arranged a car for the time being. Thank u so much Bmw!

Even if I’m buying a new car with same insurance coverage, BMW can’t save my money from the insurance moving from old contract to new contract

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I felt relief when I reached there. I have been suggested by BMW NOVARA because of some issues in my car. They have nice welcoming lady and technicians came directly to suggest me. Good customer service, I benefited free metro tickets for whole family with good shuttle service to the metro.
I just want suggest them to improve for the WIFI network.
