★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Devo dire che nonostante abbia aspettando 25 gg in più per la consegna ( capisco il periodo in cui si vive ) il venditore è stato molto professionale e gentile .
Dopo la consegna mi ha seguito per spiegarmi alcune cose che pensavo fossero errori , addirittura provandola si è accorto che la pressione delle gomme non era regolare , me le ha fatte regolare e dopo qualche giorno mi ha ricontattato per sentire come andava .
A mio parere mi sono trovato molto bene e sicuramente lo consiglio
I must say that despite waiting 25 days more for delivery (I understand the period in which you live) the seller was very professional and kind.
After the delivery he followed me to explain some things that I thought were mistakes, even trying it he realized that the tire pressure was not regular, he made them adjust and after a few days he contacted me to hear how it was going.
In my opinion I found myself very well and definitely recommend it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A inizio agosto 2020 ho contattato Autotorino per valutare l'acquisto di una vettura usufruendo di una convenzione aziendale, verificando anche sul sito la disponibilità di vetture adeguate ad usufruire della promozione nonché l'apertura delle filiali per tutto il periodo estivo. Nelle settimane successive, dopo molte insistenze al centralino, ho ottenuto un appuntamento a fine settembre, quando le auto adatte non erano più disponibili. Il consulente in concessionaria è stato comunque gentile. Evidentemente non manca la competenza ma per per lo meno ci sono dei problemi nella comunicazione aziendale interna che portano a gravi ritardi, dando l'impressione di una carenza di professionalità.
At the beginning of August 2020 I contacted Autotorino to evaluate the purchase of a car by taking advantage of a company agreement, also checking on the site the availability of suitable cars to take advantage of the promotion as well as the opening of branches throughout the summer. In the following weeks, after a lot of insistence at the switchboard, I got an appointment at the end of September, when the suitable cars were no longer available. The dealership consultant was kind however. Obviously there is no lack of competence but at least there are problems in internal corporate communication that lead to serious delays, giving the impression of a lack of professionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 settimane che aspetto il preventivo per una BMW, ancora non è arrivato. Mando un'email, e nessuno risponde. Sarà perché sono straniero?. Alla fine della fiera sono andato a fare altri preventivi in altre concessionarie, dove trattano meglio il cliente, sono più celeri e hanno ottime offerte. Mai più autotorino.
2 weeks waiting for the quote for a BMW, it still hasn't arrived. I send an email, and no one responds. Could it be because I'm a foreigner? At the end of the fair I went to make other estimates in other dealerships, where they treat the customer better, are faster and have excellent offers. No more autotorino.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi hanno rovinato la carrozzeria dell' auto lasciandola all' aperto sotto a degli alberi che hanno nel piazzale. Nonostante facciano il controllo degli eventuali danni già presenti sull' auto prima di' accettarla tanto hanno fatto che alla fine non ne hanno voluto rispondere!
I have ruined the body of the car by leaving it in the open under the trees that they have in the square. Although they check for any damage already present on the car before accepting it, they did so much that in the end they did not want to answer for it!

Poor customer service, failed to install oil filter correctly and leaked oil all the way home. Only to return to the service center and they tightened it up but didn’t clean out residue from the leak. Again, puddle of oil in the garage. Oil refill light came on as they didn’t top off the spilled oil. Asked to have system checked and reset codes, stated they did it but still had codes and engine light on. I bought a ODB2 and reset the codes myself. Over priced oil change.
