Huge plus : The online booking system of BMW makes it easier than ever to book any kind of appointment.
Definitely recommended if you own a BMW motorbike

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service, I have a BMW and I was heading to Milan but needed to change my front brake pads. I called the service number, a lady picked up but didn't speak english, so instead of trying to communicate and/or find a person there that speaks english she just dropped the phone.
The worst costumer service even before I have entered the doors of a service that I have ever seen.
Not only did she drop the phone the first two times I called, she proceeded to drop the phone before picking it up the next 7 times I called this service.
Horrible and appalling that a official BMW service treats their clients like this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This bmw store has the professional service provided to the customers. Also the furniture and decorations inside are chic and nice. The price for the cars are reasonable and always with some programs for the holidays. The purchase trip is great. And also near the city centre.

The courtesy by the staff was really nice and they were more than happy to address my questions.
The test drive experience was great and I was able to really feel the driving experience and pleasure as well as know more about the car.
