M	Mauro Prelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho girato diversi concessionari Toyota, consulenza pre-vendita, test drive ed infine preventivi, anche diversi dello stesso gruppo Auto Torino. Se fosse stato per il concessionario vicino a me, a Borgomanero, non avrei acquistato la vettura. Ma siccome la differenza nelle aziende la fanno le persone, ho apprezzato l'onestà, la correttezza a la gentilezza nella persona di Alberto Floris. Accettando di pagare l'auto ad un prezzo maggiore e farmi 30km di strada per averla da lui. E' stato chiaro sulle condizioni (ed altrove le condizioni migliori sono certo fossero solo a parole) , è stato gentile nel propormi un ritiro vettura anticipato con un noleggio auto sostitutiva a carico loro, è ha dato nel complesso dei buoni consigli da amico prima che da venditore. Ha l'atteggiamento professionale, corretto ed amichevole che ti aspetti quando investi qualche soldo in favore di prodotto. Umanità e professionalità dovrebbero rendere il gruppo orgoglioso di averlo a bordo. E no, non mi ha pagato per scrivere questo, il motivo è l'esperienza di acquisto che mi ha fatto vivere. Del resto se dovessi scrivere qualcosa sulla sede di Borgomanero scriverei ahimè il contrario, ma lo evito, perchè alla fine l'esperienza è stata comunque presso il gruppo AutoTorino positiva. I toured several Toyota dealers, pre-sales consultancy, test drives and finally quotes, even several from the same Auto Torino group. If it had been for the dealer near me in Borgomanero, I would not have purchased the car. But as people make the difference in companies, I appreciated honesty, correctness and kindness in the person of Alberto Floris. By agreeing to pay the car at a higher price and take me 30km by road to get it from him. He was clear on the conditions (and elsewhere the best conditions are certain they were only in words), he was kind in proposing an early car pickup with a replacement car rental for them, and he gave overall good advice from a friend before as a seller. He has the professional, correct and friendly attitude that you expect when you invest some money in favor of the product. Humanity and professionalism should make the group proud to have it on board. And no, he didn't pay me to write this, the reason is the shopping experience that made me live. After all, if I had to write something on the Borgomanero headquarters I would unfortunately write the opposite, but I avoid it, because in the end the experience was still positive at the AutoTorino group.

These clowns are advertising exactly the car we're looking for, so we wasted hours driving there fully intending to buy it, only to be told "it's not for sale". Liar, liar pants-on-fire!! Of course they're happy to offer us any number of other cars which do not meet our criteria >-(. How can they imagine we'd ever do business with them after they demonstrated such dishonesty?!
