I highly recommend x who wants to change cars.

In risposta al messaggio del titolare d'azienda che mi ricorda di dover pagare l'auto al ritiro. Vorrei precisare che nel giorno accordato da entrambi per il pagamento come da voi richiesto tassativamente in CONTANTI. Eravamo presenti io i miei contanti e la volontà di concludere l'operazione, purtroppo da parte vostra mancava l'auto ( spostata per motivi logistici in altro magazzino) e l'agenzia pratiche per il passaggio era chiusa! In conclusione avrei dovuto pagare in CONTANTI l'auto senza passaggio senza uno straccio di prova del mio pagamento senza nessun documento dell'auto. Per dover di cronaca mi veniva consegnata una seconda chiave presunta della macchina in questione. Sicuramente una soluzione si poteva trovare ( così mi ha fatto intendere il venditore per altro molto gentile e disponibile), ma il sobrio titolare, con sceneggiata degna da teatro filodrammatici, ha preferito ridarmi la caparra e congedarmi dal suo salone. Vorrei infine ricordare al sobrio titolare che in tal caso la restituzione della caparra doveva essere doppia rispetto alla cifra da me versata ( per legge). Ma questo rispetto a tutto il resto è una sciocchezza! Unfortunately, absolutely negative experience for behavior / professionalism and ways. To be avoided. For the record, I was given a presumed second key to the car in question. Surely a solution could be found (so the seller made me understand otherwise very kind and helpful), but the sober owner, with a show worthy of amateur dramatics theater, he preferred to give me back the deposit and leave me from his salon. Finally, I would like to remind the sober owner that in this case the return of the deposit had to be double the amount I paid (by law). But this compared to everything else is nonsense!
