★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo acquistato lì la nostra auto d'occasione l'anno scorso e non facciamo che incontrare problemi con loro: ci sono voluti giorni per ottenere la carta di circolazione un anno fa e siamo rimasti senza aggiornamenti per giorni. Ora abbiamo portato il veicolo a sistemare perché un guasto era segnalato sul computer di bordo (e ci sta) ma dopo una settimana ci viene restituita la macchina in teoria a posto ma invece il problema è sorto di nuovo subito dopo essere usciti dal garage...
L'abbiamo riportata e ora che siamo in partenza per le vacanze siamo di nuovo senza notizie della nostra macchina da 1 settimana!! Ma si può tenere ferma una macchina per 2 settimane per un guasto segnalato??! E non proporre nemmeno una macchina sostitutiva lasciando a piedi una famiglia di 5 persone??!
 We bought our second-hand car there last year and we always run into problems with them: it took days to get the registration certificate a year ago and we were without updates for days. Now we have brought the vehicle to be fixed because a fault was reported on the on-board computer (and there it is) but after a week the car is returned to us in theory in order but instead the problem arose again immediately after exiting the garage .. .
We have reported it and now that we are leaving for the holidays we are again without news of our car for 1 week !! But can you keep a car stationary for 2 weeks for a reported breakdown ??! And don't even propose a replacement car leaving a family of 5 on foot ??!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È un mese e mezzo che giro con il portellone bloccato!!! Non risponde mai l'assistenza,si trova sempre occupato...ho speso 30 e rotti mila euro per una vettura!! questo non è il trattamento che mi sarei aspettato da un marchio che si ritiene efficiente e all'avanguardia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al di la del tempo che si puo' impiegare per la ricerca di un guasto (che anche li si potrebbe discutere) , la tariffa applicata senza riparare nulla di 80 euro a ora è asagerata!! Se la portavo a Maranello mi sarebbe costato meno. Non informare il cliente sul costo di un vostro intervento o cmq di fornire un minimo di preventivo vuol dire essere avvoltoi. Non mi vedrete mai piu'
