★ ★ ★ ★ ★ siamo passati in primavera perché cercavamo una vw up! usata, ci hanno detto che era disponibile e non ci hanno mai richiamato.
A settembre vedo sulla app che ne avevano una disponibile e andiamo a vederla il mercoledì. Richiamiamo venerdì pomeriggio e ci dicono che la vettura è ancora disponibile e che il venditore Paolo non c'è e di richiamare per fissare il giorno dopo. Sabato mattina chiamiamo per fissare un appuntamento e ci viene detto di passare dopo le 15.00. Ci presentiamo e il venditore dice che l'auto è venduta. A nostro parere professionalità zero.
we passed in the spring because we were looking for a vw up! used, they told us it was available and never called us back.
In September I see on the app that they had one available and we go to see it on Wednesday. We call back on Friday afternoon and they tell us that the car is still available and that the seller Paolo is not there and to call back to arrange the next day. On Saturday morning we call to make an appointment and we are told to come after 3pm. We introduce ourselves and the seller says the car is sold. In our opinion zero professionalism.

Concessionaria pessima….. ero lì per un preventivo ed eventuale acquisto di una golf 8 GTI dopo 15 min di attesa e non essere calcolato nemmeno di striscio vedendo che tutti pensavano ai fatti loro noto che solo un venditore era preso con clienti e vedo che altri 2 presunti venditori pensavano ai fatti loro in un angolo e dopo avere anche chiesto di aprirmi la macchina mi domandavo….. verrà qualcuno? Allo stesso tempo mi domandavo della serietà della suddetta concessionaria e mi sono detto sai che c’è …… ciao ciao!!! alla fine non sono io ad avere bisogno di loro ma evidentemente venderanno
così tanto da perdere una vendita da 45000€ Che dire ….. Beati loro che al giorno d’oggi possono permetterselo!

so much to lose a € 45,000 sale What can I say ... Blessed are they who can afford it nowadays!
