Ho preso appuntamento una settimana prima per sostituire un iniettore a gpl, mi sono dovuto prendere un giorno di ferie per poi sentirmi dire che avevano l'officina piena e non potevano fare niente. Il prossimo impianto di certo non lo farò più da questi personaggi! Organization, kindness and sympathy are not at home in this workshop. I made an appointment a week before to replace an LPG injector, I had to take a day off and then I was told that they had a full workshop and there was nothing they could do. The next plant certainly will not do it again by these characters!

Vi dico solo che mi hanno trattato come se mi conoscessero da anni (era la prima volta) simpaticissimi e molto bravi nel loro lavoro e veloci, e con prezzi molto allettanti. VE LO CONSIGLIO ASSOLUTAMENTE!!! Ho dato 5 stelle solo perché non posso metterne di più. I used to go to another workshop for overhauls, cylinder changes etc, I found this workshop on the Internet by chance ... I just tell you that they treated me as if they had known me for years (it was the first time) very nice and very good at their job and fast, and with very attractive prices. I absolutely recommend it !!! I only gave 5 stars because I can't put more.
F	Francesco Pirelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bravissimi e molto veloci a fare le rivisioni, e se fai la rivisione e sostituzione del cambio GPL hai un prezzo speciale di 500 euro (quello che ho fatto io). Nell'officina dove andavo io questi prezzi non esistevano proprio, ve lo consiglio assolutamente. Very good and very fast to make the revisions, and if you do the revision and replacement of the LPG gearbox you have a special price of 500 euros (the one I did). In the workshop where I went these prices did not exist, I absolutely recommend it.

Di solito in officine serie mi controllano i fumi, freni, le luci guardano sotto l'auto e il klaxon, però ho notato che sulla macchina prima della mia hanno eseguito tutti i controlli elencati. Quando ho chiesto al ragazzo come mai così veloce mi ha risposto che va tutto bene e che posso viaggiare tranquillo. La mia auto ha 20 e mi piacerebbe sapere se presenta qualche problema. Dovrebbe chiamarsi officina flash. Car review. They only checked the brakes and it took them 5 minutes. Usually in serious workshops I check the fumes, brakes, the lights look under the car and the klaxon, but I noticed that on the car before mine they have performed all the checks listed. When I asked the boy why so fast he replied that everything is fine and that I can travel safely. My car is 20 and I would like to know if it has any problems. It should be called a flash workshop.
G	Giorgio G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Svegli ed efficienti ma è solo una facciata. Porto l'auto per alcuni lavori agli ammortizzatori ma anche per sostituire olio e filtro. Dopo 10 giorni l'auto mi segnala mancanza olio. Noto a quel punto macchie d'olio dove la posteggio e sospetto che non abbiano serrato il tappo dell'olio. Mia moglie riporta l'auto e confermano il mio dubbio, mettono la guarnizione e rabboccano l'olio mancante ma le dicono che probabilmente abbiamo ammaccato/rotto la coppa dell'olio. L'auto continua a perdere olio, torno io e mi viene detto che è il portafiltro che perde e non la coppa. Domanda, visto che l'auto non ha mai perso un goccio d'olio e che quando l'ho portata l'olio vecchio era comunque al massimo, cosa hanno fatto/rotto loro? E soprattutto, se mi rendono l'auto con un difetto, presunta guarnizione tappo olio, e dietro il persistere del problema mi dicono che il problema è un altro, a cosa devo pensare? Ho portato l'auto da un'altro meccanico che ha riscontrato la rottura della coppa dell'olio in corrispondenza del tappo che è stato stretto all'inverosimile, inoltre ha riscontrato anche la rottura della vaschetta di plastica del filtro gasolio che è stata evidentemente rotta dall'interno durante i "professionali" lavori di sostituzione degli ammortizzatori. Spesi 500€. Comportamento inaccettabile. Lascio a voi ogni ulteriore considerazione. Sconsiglio vivamente questa officina!!! Smart and efficient but it's just a facade. I take the car for some work on the shock absorbers but also to replace the oil and filter. After 10 days the car reports that I have no oil. At that point I notice oil stains where the parking lot and I suspect that they have not tightened the oil cap. My wife brings back the car and they confirm my doubt, put the gasket and top up the missing oil but they tell her that we have probably dented / broken the oil pan. The car keeps leaking oil, I come back and I am told that it is the filter holder that is leaking and not the cup. Question, since the car has never lost a drop of oil and that when I brought it the old oil was still at maximum, what did they do / break? And above all, if they return the car to me with a defect, presumed oil cap gasket, and behind the persistence of the problem they tell me that the problem is another, what should I think about? I took the car to another mechanic who found the oil pan broken in correspondence with the cap which was tightened beyond belief, also found the plastic tank of the diesel filter broken which was obviously broken from the inside during the "professional" shock absorber replacement works. Spent € 500. Unacceptable behavior. I leave any further consideration to you. I strongly advise against this workshop !!!

Avevamo chiesto se avevamo una macchina sostituiva e ci hanno fornito la loro panda. Consigliato Very kind staff and host is super prepared. They found the problem right away and fixed it. We had asked if we had a replacement car and they provided us with their panda. Recommended
