Riconfermato anche il giorno prima Dell app. Prendo un pomeriggio di ferie e quando arrivo sul posto del loro uff. Non trovo nessuno tutto chiuso Al telefono mi dicono che si sono dimenticati Dell appuntamento. Incredibile e vergognoso.. Ho perso mezza giornata di ferie costi auto per recarsi al loro ufficio e questi mi dicono che si sono dimenticati. Mai più non lo consiglio
Good morning I booked an app and received confirmation of the day and time. Also reconfirmed the day before Dell app. I take an afternoon off and when I get to their office. I do not find anyone all closed On the phone they tell me that they have forgotten Dell appointment. Incredible and shameful .. I lost half a day of car costs to go to their office and they tell me that they have forgotten. Never again do not recommend it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho provato per due volte a prendere appuntamento: quando l'impiegato ha risposto, scocciato e sgarbato, mi ha fatto presente che aveva tante cose da fare e che il mio era un disturbo; dovevo andare lì e mettermi in fila. Ho fatto così: ma quando sono arrivata, l'impiegato si è messo a urlare dicendo che lui "riceve su appuntamento" e che avrei dovuto chiamare prima. Credo che la situazione si commenti da sola.
I tried twice to make an appointment: when the employee replied, annoyed and rude, he pointed out that he had many things to do and that mine was a nuisance; I had to go there and get in line. I did like this: but when I arrived, the clerk started yelling saying that he "receives by appointment" and that I should have called first. I think the situation comments for itself.
