Sinceramente in 33 anni di patente e con molte concessionarie utilizzate, è la prima volta che oltre al primo tagliando gratuito trovo la macchina lavata e perfettamente pulita all interno! Comunque sono contento per lei che abbia trovato l'auto da altro punto vendita ... Tutti abbiamo bisogno di nuovi clienti e di lavorare ... Al che si sono presi tutti i miei dati per tenermi informato su quanto loro potessero trovare per le mie necessità.dopo circa qualche giorno mi arriva un messaggio dal venditore dove mi indica un veicolo,senza darmi ne chilometri,anno e colore. La mia domanda si rivolge a lui chiedendo appunto colore,anno e chilometri. Al che ad oggi non ho ricevuto ancora nessuna risposta in merito e neanche una chiamata per dire cosa avessero trovato o cosa potevamo indicarmi se non trovavano quello che magari per me potesse andare bene. Niente non si sono fatti più sentire ed io la mai auto fortunatamente sono riuscito a trovarla sempre in vigevano da altri rivenditori. Per me non sono assolutamente professionali,piuttosto mi chiami mi dici che non hanno opzioni per le mie richieste o le mie preferenze,ma però ci sono delle altre alternative. Niente nulla di tutto ciò. Si vede che a loro il lavoro e le vendite non gli mancano,meglio per loro, e pensare che si reclamizzano pure nei negozi. Per me la professionalità non è questa,ma ribadisco meglio per loro,ma lo sconsiglio per la mia esperienza vissuta in prima persona,si vede che non hanno bisogno di altra clientela. Quando acquistai la vettura si mostrarono cordiali,gentili,professionali ma soprattutto sapevano con certezza quello che dicevano e quello che facevano! Ho trovato in Renato una persona splendida (come tutto il resto del team) , dopo 8 mesi mi ritrovo a scrivere perchè per un problema riscontrato mi hanno riaccolto con la stessa gentilezza,mi hanno ascoltato e soprattutto compreso come solo dei professionisti sanno fare!
