Ho comprato una macchina nuova con un piccolo problema di fabbricazione e tutti dico tutti si sono adoperati per sistemarla tempestivamente. Complimenti a Paolo e allo staff dell'officina. Per quanto riguarda l'officina mah!. Siamo si stati chiamati per gli aggiornamenti del software o della radio, non ricordo bene, ma hanno fatto qualche pasticcio anche con gli orari. Comunque quello che conta è che nell'insieme il risultato è buono Purchased Opel cars from them, I am satisfied for the treatment even if the prices in my opinion are a little pricey. Acquisto auto a dicembre 2020, sollecito più volte la consegna ( loro non si fanno MAI sentire), a luglio mi dicono che forse arriva a settembre. Si svegliano dal torpore quando chiedo la restituzione dell'acconto proponendomi delle alternative (ma solo di colore dell'auto). Attenzione al cliente inesistente. The most surreal experience of my life ... I buy a car in December 2020, I request delivery several times (they NEVER make themselves heard), in July they tell me that maybe it will arrive in September. They wake up from numbness when I ask for the return of the deposit, offering me alternatives (but only in the color of the car). Attention to the non-existent customer.
