Sono un vostro cliente ormai da anni, mi presento con un bambino di 5 , ripeto 5 mesi con la febbre e ovviamente non in stato di salute. Serviva semplicemente un tampone per poter accedere alla visita pediatrica. La risposta della vostra farmacia è che non potevano perché serviva la prenotazione. Questo bambino e sceso e salito dalla auto per ben 4 volte oggi. Direi che 1 stella è troppo per quanto è successo. I understand the tiring and loaded period for everyone but the behavior of the pharmacy was really not understandable from all points of view. I have been a customer of yours for years now, I am presenting with a 5-year-old child, I repeat 5 months with a fever and obviously not in a state of health. You simply needed a swab to be able to access the pediatric visit. Your pharmacy's answer is that they couldn't because they needed a reservation. This kid got out and out of the car 4 times today. I would say 1 star is too much for what happened.
