★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimi. Non rispondono mai al telefono e quando lo fanno (in maniera molto scortese) ti rimbalzano da un ufficio all'altro e alla fine ti chiudono in faccia senza avere risposte. Ho cambattutto per circa 3 mesi per la chiusura del conto. Dopo aver inviato tutti i documenti e richieste tramite mail e raccomandate finalmente il miracolo è accaduto!!!
Bad. They never answer the phone and when they do (in a very rude way) they bounce you from office to office and eventually shut you in your face with no answers. I have been trading for about 3 months for closing the account. After sending all the documents and requests by email and recommend the miracle finally happened !!!
