Mr. Kevin, you are a dishonest fool, I hope that the kind and trustworthy Sinor Aldo will take steps to slay her for defamation.

Found Orologi Milano via chrono24, spoke with Aldo Michele, his responses were extremely harsh when I was asking questions about a Rolex Datejust I was interested in purchasing. I ended up taking my business else where.

Amazing service and high quality products. Aldo, the owner, is a respectable and competent professional with more than 30 years experience in the watch industry.

SCAMMER!!!!! AVOID he's decided to label any negative review as 'fake' My watch broke shortly after it arrived. I sent it back and asked for a fix/replacement/money back. 13 weeks later and a few emails saying they're looking into the issue' and still nothing has been done. And I've not been told of any progress either. Awful customer service.

I am looking for a Rolex GMT-Master Pallettoni and stumbled on this place with a pretty decent price but as any reasonable person would do before spending a big chunk of money I do my own research on the seller. After reading all the reviews I find it suspicious that all these positive reviews seem to have just appeared within the last 2 days. Like most people I don't place much value in lazy positive reviews and look at the more detailed negative reviews which is more telling and tend to be more credible. I'd rather be more cautious and avoid than to risk it here.

I got to know Aldo, the owner of this small boutique over the last couple of years and I made five transactions because I do live in Milan and met him in person all the times. Aldo is extremely competent and he is a professional long established dealer in Milan and also on Chrono24. He bought a few watches I owned offering me a lot more compared to others. He than sold my watches for the minimum profit (I checked the listing prices online after I gave him my watches). He is 100% reliable and always ready to help. He always states the conditions of his watches (in case they have some minor issues, no documents). Basically if a watch is not in good shape he just tells you the truth and of course the price is much lower than a perfect watch. He was also very patient with me personally as I change my mind very quickly: he gave me back a watch at the same price I sold him just because I regretted doing that after a few days. I would definitely recommend this seller, he is actually one of the very few honest sellers left, at least in Milan / Italy. Leonardo

Not a good businessman. I was about to buy a watch (Rolex explorer from 2003) from this dealer who claimed the watch was all original parts, which it was at the moment. The dealer sent me pictures of the watch, in which I saw that the glass was broken. I asked if this was correct, in which he honestly said that it indeed had a small crack in the glass and that he would change it. I asked if the new glass would be original from the manufacturer, which he honestly said it was not. Here's where the bad business starts. He still wanted same price as it was all original parts, which is no longer was. It would cost me around 600 euro to change the glass to original. I asked if he would be willing to split that cost with me, taking off 300 euro off the price. He replied "please stop writing to me". Why I still was interested in this watch was because the rest of the watch was in good condition. Don't do deals with this dealer, since he doesn't know how to do business correctly and how to care for customers. Unfortunately, this watch will probably be sold as all original parts to a less knowing person now to his full asking price.

Do NOT purchase from this seller, Aldo Michele. He is a scammer! I found him on chrono24 when looking for a Rolex explorer 2 NOS (new old stock) and was advised to make the payment outside of chrono24 to avoid fees. When receiving the watch it was not as advertised, it was listed as NOS immaculate condition with stickers, however on closer inspection when removing stickers on the lugs i found significant damage. A large chip by the tip of one of the lugs, another by the crown guard. To add on, after taking the watch for appraisal by a trusted vintage watch dealer, I was told that the watch has in fact been polished and is definitely NOT new old stock, and that the damages mentioned above fits the description of the watch being dropped onto a hard surface. I sent pictures of the damage to the seller and was told he was unaware of this and holds no responsibility. I offered 2 options to resolve this matter. First option: A refund slightly lower than what I paid for the watch given that I did remove the lug stickers to be fair. Second option: A partial refund to cover the cost of the damage (cost of damage quoted by several experts/repair centres in London) Upon offering these solutions to close the deal, Aldo Michele offered only a fraction of the cost of repair or to send back the watch to him and he'll repair it, take it or leave it he said. I was not comfortable sending the watch back to him for repair given the fact that he couldn't even spot the damages himself prior to him selling me the watch. With no resolution, I informed Aldo Michele that I'll be contacting chrono24 regarding his false advertising and how he handled the situation. Immediately after informing Aldo Michele of this he blocked my phone number and is unresponsive to any of my messages/emails/calls. Now unable to contact him, I am left with a watch I overpaid for on the assumption it was NOS, and with damages costing Β£500+ to repair. Attached are images of the damage. Please do not make the same mistake as me, do NOT buy from Aldo Michele. UPDATE: After reading the response from Aldo Michele, and his claim that I damaged the watch by removing the bracelet, it is clear that this is a weak attempt to pass blame on the damage. I have attached some of the picture that Aldo himself sent me prior to him selling me the watch, thus, before I even received the watch. It is only after zooming in that you can the damages. I was told these blemishes were just a result of poor lighting, however, that was a big lie. The stickers were an attempt to hide the damage. Not only that, but Aldo claimed the watch had a full set of 13 links, however there were only 12 present! He did not provide me with the last 13th link. Attached in the images is an image of the 13th link in a small clear bag that I did not receive. Please do not make the same mistake as me, do NOT buy from Aldo Michele. He is a scammer!
