★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Racconto la mia esperienza personale: agenzia assolutamente non professionale, ho un'email scritta dove mi viene confermato che la proprietà a cui ero interessata era stata bloccata a mio nome in attesa che passassi in agenzia per formalizzare l'offerta.
Il giorno prima dell'appuntamento concordato, vengo chiamata in quanto l'appartamento oggetto dell'accordo era stato "magicamente" ritirato dalla proprietà. Andando a vedere sui vari siti di immobili (es. Immobiliare.it, idealista,etc) scopro con sorpresa che l'annuncio era stato ripubblicato e aggiornato ben dopo la mail in cui mi si confermava che la mia offerta era stata accettata. Nessuna risposta fornita, né alternativa proposta.
I tell my personal experience: absolutely unprofessional agency, I have a written email confirming that the property I was interested in had been blocked in my name waiting for me to go to the agency to formalize the offer.
The day before the agreed appointment, I am called because the apartment object of the agreement had been "magically" withdrawn from the property. Going to see the various real estate sites (eg Immobiliare.it, idealista, etc) I am surprised to discover that the ad had been republished and updated well after the email confirming that my offer had been accepted. No answer given, no alternative proposed.
