★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mia esperienza con questa filiale Tecnocasa: il giorno 11 aprile ricevo una mail in cui mi propongono un immobile interessante; il 13 mattina chiamo chiedendo una planimetria che mancava nella mail ricevuta; immediatamente ricevo la mail con la planimetria e si rendono disponibili per una visita; guardo la planimetria e vedo che dei 170 mq dichiarati ben 23 sono terrazzini conteggiati al 100%; mando una mail per chiedere spiegazione di questa anomala modalità di conteggio della superficie commerciale e contestualmente chiedo di vedere l'appartamento; dopo due minuti mi arriva una mail in cui mi dicono testualmente: "Mi è stato riferito ora, che purtroppo l’immobile non è più gestito da noi."
Conclusione: i clienti che fanno troppe domande non sono graditi.
My experience with this Tecnocasa branch: on April 11th I receive an email in which they offer me an interesting property; on the morning of the 13th I call asking for a plan that was missing in the email received; I immediately receive the email with the plan and make themselves available for a visit; I look at the plan and I see that of the 170 square meters declared as many as 23 are 100% counted terraces; I send an email asking for an explanation of this anomalous way of counting the commercial surface and at the same time I ask to see the apartment; after two minutes I get an email telling me: "I was told now, that unfortunately the building is no longer managed by us."
Conclusion: the customers who ask too many questions are not welcome.
