★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Typical Filipino fast-foods with a good selection of chicken and beef selection suitable for adults and children. Staff very gentle and welcoming. Quite a number of sitting area in calm hours. I highly recommend it if You are in Milan city center

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love Jollibee and I miss Philippines a lot. My favourite fast food restaurant out there was Jollibee (back in the Philippines) so I went ahead to try the Jollibee in Europe! My fiance and I were super excited as we missed the taste and many pinoys who dined there mentioned "it's tastes just like home".... But I was so disappointed to find it, it was not the case :(
The chicken had less meat and more of the flour fired layered and without that dipping sauce... it was not that appetizing for me.
So I agreed to other review who done a take away to share the delicious Jollibee dishes with his/her friend but end up disappointed with the taste.
When it's busy the Filipina staff will be at the door to check your green pass, then say it will be 40min wait (it's standard and I read this fact on review). I had an impression that she kind of helped more to her fellow Filipinos (her attitude changed when I start speaking Tagalog to her) since there are touch screen order by the entrance (three) and other three at other side but she only told to those people who came after us that there were touch screen order available in next room.
Well, I don't blame her for doing that as it's common.
In the end, I don't think I will go back to eat there but I will give a chance to other Jollibee place when it's open.... If I am not mistaken it's one of the only place in Europe that you can find Jollibee (other than in England).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is much a like than what we have in the Philippines. I was quiet satisfied with the chicken joy and gravy. A must-visit for Filipinos.
The place tends to be super crowded specially during lunch time and there’s no space to eat. Jollibee Milano can also improve their process in distributing food— not very efficient as observed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Travelled all the way from Germany and the first thing in our itinerary is to eat lunch at Jollibee Milan, very easy to find since its very close and walking distance to the Duomo Cathedral. A bit crowded all day long.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Filipino fast food chain, the taste of sweetest of Spaghetti and the tasty Chicken Joy plus the Yum Burger. Missed a lot. Sa Jollibee beeda ang Saya. ☺️ I maybe biased with this review cause I haven’t eaten Jollibee in two years. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to Milan 3 days, and as a filipino we had to stop by jollibee, obviously. So when I went here in 2018 it was okay, chicken was a bit small, now 2021 I was extremely surprised on how the chickens are given now ! We ate the chickenjoy and the gravy with rice, can tell you it tasted almost the same as in philippines. However if you take the yumburger, i prefer to get it with cheese, because lack of taste, but the sauce is good! the jolly spaghetti is similar, but the jolly hotdog is way better in philippines. The mango cocos sundae is so good you should try it out! Definitely wanna go back since it’s the nearest country in europe to get jollibee. They also speak tagalog, english, italian, so you’re good to go! Friendly staff <3 one of the staff asked me if i wanted my sundae ice cream after i’m done eating the chickenjoy, so giving the option is amazing!

I tried today the spicy chicken burger, it was amazing! The bun was tasty and the chicken was very hot.
I tried Jollibee for the first time, the Asian rice bowl with chicken tender was nice. The chicken tenders were very tasty but didn't stay crispy for long.
The sweet and sour sauce was nice, the mashed potatoes were ok.
The pineapple juice was tasty but too sweet.
Considering that it is a fast food, it was pretty good.
The place was crowded and we had to wait for some seats to get free

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to stop by for fried chicken if you are missing one. This place is too busy and there is no choice to book tables. Don’t be deceived by the eating area inside. There’s lot of room inside the food collection area.
The restaurant is Filipino chain restaurant and as always you know if a place is good when you see a lot of native people inside. During my visit, I literally counted the number of foreigners and there were only 5 of them including myself. I ordered the special fries with chicken in it, menu with chicken burger and extra piece of chicken.
Everything was delicious! The food took some time to be ready but that was normal considering the crowed they had to handle. Overall, if you have a craving for friend chicken, this place is a great spot!
