Sono rimasta piacevolmente stupita dal fatto che anche durante tutto il periodo della locazione sono sempre presenti e disponibili anche per questioni non di loro competenza. Consigliatissimi!!

Puntualità, ascolto delle esigenze del cliente, nessuna promessa non mantenibile e chiarezza sul perimetro della negoziazione. Assistenza post contratto continua e sollecita risolvendo istanze anche al limite della loro competenza. Una piacevolissima sorpresa nell’ accidentato campo dell’intermediazione immobiliare.
 Personal experience more than positive: very high professionalism and availability from the first meeting. Punctuality, listening to customer needs, no unknowable promises and clarity on the perimeter of the negotiation. Continuous and prompt post-contract assistance by resolving requests even at the limit of their competence. A very pleasant surprise in the bumpy field of real estate brokerage.

Fin dal primo sopralluogo presso l'appartamento per effettuare lo shooting fotografico si sono dimostrati molto professionali. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Starting this review with an adjective: AMAZING!!! Native Dane and Brit who has lived in London, Paris, NYC and now Milan this is by far the best estate agency we have ever worked with. As foreigners not speaking Italian we also had a lot of bureaucratic things that we were struggling with, but at every step of the way Pietro and Michael were there to help and advise going above and beyond. Next time we move we will 100% use them again. Can’t recommend this agency enough. #AdigratFamiglia

Studio Immobiliare Adigrat originally assisted me with the purchase of a vacation property in Bologna in 2016. They are well-versed in the buying process in Italy for which an American citizen must go through, and they guided me in every step of the way. They even connected me with attorneys, banks, and notaries - all of this without me having to be in Italy. They are professional, efficient and friendly - they made the process as straightforward as possible and thorough from the from beginning to finish...and even thereafter! If you are interested in buying property in Italy, I would heartily recommend Pietro and him team.
