★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since moving to Milan, I’ve had great difficulty finding a suitable house and past experiences with other agencies had not been very pleasant (the language barrier and miscommunication were my main issues). Renting Milan, however, really solved this problem for me. Also, even though I wasn’t able to see apartments in presence (because I wasn't in Milan at the moment), through their helpful staff I was able to video “tour” them and finally find a good house. They took every request of mine seriously and always answered quickly to any questions I had, as well as helped me gather all the necessary documents. Overall, Renting Milan is an excellent agency with extremely professional and helpful staff and I would totally recommend them, especially to foreigners who may face difficulties with the language barrier and other processes required for moving to Italy.

From the first time we contacted Daniel, he was extremely responsive and had great suggestions for apartments to view based on what we were looking for. I think we were very lucky and found the apartment within the 1st week of starting our search. All throughout the negotiations and closing Daniel and Letizia were there quickly answering all our questions and concerns.

They have been very professional and responsive. There were some minor issues with my apartment when I first moved in and the staff took action quickly to resolve them fully. The apartment was otherwise as represented in the photos and description that I reviewed on line prior to signing my rental contract. This is a very professional organization that is reliable, prompt and dependable. I have worked with other rental agencies in Italy in the past and Renting Milan is by far the best company. I strongly recommend them and remain very grateful for their assistance in helping me to transition into life here in Milan.

As we were looking to find an apartment from abroad before moving to Milan we believed there would be difficulties. However, with Renting Milan it was a breeze. They accommodated us in every way possible and organised all of the ins and outs of moving abroad for us. My partner and I would highly recommend Renting Milan to anyone looking for help renting etc!

From the first time I contacted them, they were extremely helpful and responsive. Even during these challenging times, I rented my my apartment via video visit and it was exactly the same as in the photos. They checked the apartment with me on the day of move-in. It's an excellent agency and I recommend them to everyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Renting Milan staff was super helpful on guiding me with the process of renting my beautiful apartment here in Milan, as an international student from the US renting here is pretty confusing and requires a lot of extra stuff. But everything was explained thoroughly. They also offer extra services that you can utilize through them or do it yourself such as wifi. Staff is very friendly and readily available to assist when needed (for me it was via what’s app)
Daniel specifically was very helpful.
